【摘要】：正患兒,男,足月順產(chǎn)娩出,出生體重3 220 g,無(wú)胎膜早破,羊水、臍帶、胎盤情況無(wú)特殊,1、5、10 min Apgar評(píng)分均為10分。母親妊娠糖尿病,無(wú)特殊藥物使用史。患兒生后即發(fā)現(xiàn)臍帶血白細(xì)胞異常增高,查外周血白細(xì)胞明顯增高,伴Ec比例增高,粒細(xì)胞及淋巴細(xì)胞比例減低,見幼稚粒細(xì)胞,紅細(xì)胞大小不一,偶見大血小板。因外周血白細(xì)胞明顯異常,呼吸
