【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)對(duì)114例過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒體質(zhì)特點(diǎn)的分析，初步探討體質(zhì)因素對(duì)兒童過(guò)敏性紫癜發(fā)病的影響。 方法：1.采用臨床病例分析結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式收集過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒的基本信息及體質(zhì)信息，采用SAS9.1統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行描述性分析、頻數(shù)分析，得出過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒的常見(jiàn)體質(zhì)類型。2.對(duì)比臨床癥狀，分析不同體質(zhì)類型過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒的發(fā)病特點(diǎn)。3.根據(jù)結(jié)果，初步探討不同體質(zhì)對(duì)兒童過(guò)敏性紫癜發(fā)病的影響及其機(jī)理。 結(jié)果：1.調(diào)查問(wèn)卷：提示陰虛質(zhì)、陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)為兒童過(guò)敏性紫癜發(fā)病的常見(jiàn)體質(zhì)類型，其次為氣虛質(zhì)、平和質(zhì)。2.不同地域、年齡、性別的患兒在體質(zhì)分布上無(wú)顯著差異。3.臨床癥狀分析：體質(zhì)不同對(duì)患兒的臨床癥狀及伴隨癥狀有顯著影響。 結(jié)論：1.本病患兒常見(jiàn)體質(zhì)以陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)、陰虛質(zhì)為主，氣虛質(zhì)、平和質(zhì)次之。2.不同體質(zhì)類型過(guò)敏性紫癜患兒的臨床發(fā)病特點(diǎn)存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the physical characteristics of 114 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and to explore the effect of physical factors on the pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods: 1. The basic information and physique information of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were collected by clinical case analysis and questionnaire survey, and descriptive analysis and frequency analysis were carried out by SAS9.1 statistical software. The common physique types of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were obtained. 2. Comparing the clinical symptoms, analyzing the characteristics of the children with different types of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. 3. According to the results, the effects of different constitution on the pathogenesis of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and its mechanism were preliminarily discussed. Results 1. The questionnaire showed that yin deficiency and yang deficiency were the common physical types of children with allergic purpura, followed by qi deficiency, calmness, and age. There was no significant difference in the distribution of physical constitution of children with sex. 3. Clinical symptom analysis: different constitution had significant influence on the clinical symptoms and accompanying symptoms of children. Conclusion 1. The common physiques of children with this disease are yang deficiency, yin deficiency, qi deficiency, and calmness. 2. The clinical characteristics of allergic purpura of different types of physical constitution are different in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
