【摘要】：目的探討不同體質(zhì)量對新生兒醫(yī)院感染住院費(fèi)用的影響,為防控重點(diǎn)人群提供依據(jù)。方法按住院號匹配住院新生兒及醫(yī)院感染病例數(shù)據(jù)庫,調(diào)查2015年1月-2016年12月符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的3374例住院新生兒及醫(yī)院感染病例的住院費(fèi)用,比較醫(yī)院感染與未感染新生兒住院費(fèi)用,并分析感染新生兒不同出生體質(zhì)量之間的住院費(fèi)用差異,所有數(shù)據(jù)錄入SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果醫(yī)院感染比未感染新生兒每例多支出24463.20元,感染新生兒出生體質(zhì)量為≤1000g、1001~1500g、1501~2500g和2500g時(shí),住院總費(fèi)用分別為96834.87元、13343.83元、37806.15元和5122.42元,≤1000g組新生兒醫(yī)院感染住院總費(fèi)用最高,其次是1501~2500g組新生兒,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論低出生體質(zhì)量兒尤其出生體質(zhì)量≤1000g的新生兒發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染所導(dǎo)致的額外住院總費(fèi)用最高,為醫(yī)院感染防控的重點(diǎn)人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of different body mass on the hospital expenses of neonates with nosocomial infection, and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of the key population. Methods the database of hospitalized newborns and nosocomial infection cases was matched according to the hospital number. From January 2015 to December 2016, we investigated the hospitalization expenses of 3374 hospitalized neonates and nosocomial infections, and compared the hospitalization costs between nosocomial and uninfected neonates. The difference of hospitalization cost between different birth weight of infected newborns was analyzed. Results the cost of nosocomial infection was 24463.20 yuan more than that of uninfected newborns, and the birth weight of infected newborns was 鈮，
