【摘要】：豬精液保存在科學(xué)理論研究和經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中都具有重要的意義。文章就國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)豬精液保存、精子代謝、精子冷凍過(guò)程中的表觀遺傳調(diào)控等研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)豬精液保存的前沿發(fā)展與研究方向進(jìn)行了展望,以期為進(jìn)一步提高豬精液保存的品質(zhì),發(fā)揮良種優(yōu)勢(shì)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Preservation of pig semen is of great significance in scientific theoretical research and economic production. In this paper, the research progress of pig semen preservation, sperm metabolism and apparent genetic regulation in sperm freezing process at home and abroad was reviewed, and the frontier development and research direction of pig semen preservation were prospected, in order to provide theoretical basis for further improving the quality of pig semen preservation and giving full play to the advantages of improved breeds.
