【摘要】：為了研究經(jīng)濟(jì)作物副產(chǎn)物飼料化的利用價(jià)值,筆者對(duì)海南省7種經(jīng)濟(jì)作物副產(chǎn)物的主要營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分和礦物質(zhì)含量進(jìn)行測(cè)定,并應(yīng)用隸屬函數(shù)法綜合評(píng)價(jià)其營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值。結(jié)果表明:7種經(jīng)濟(jì)作物副產(chǎn)物主要營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)中,干物質(zhì)含量為7.85%~33.42%,粗蛋白含量為6.64%~22.50%,海南省7種經(jīng)濟(jì)作物副產(chǎn)物粗脂肪含量為1.72%~5.80%,酸性洗滌纖維含量為13.25%~30.90%,中性洗滌纖維含量為17.16%~33.30%,單寧含量為5.24~35.67 mg/g,飼料相對(duì)值為184.95~426.86;礦物質(zhì)含量中,鈣含量為0.32%~3.52%,磷含量為0.18%~0.58%,鈣磷比為0.65~11.76,鐵含量為208.29~891.33 mg/kg,錳含量為66.92~666.17 mg/kg,銅含量為3.46~9.60 mg/kg,鋅含量為27.56~58.98 mg/kg;7種經(jīng)濟(jì)作物副產(chǎn)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值由高到低依次為桑葉木瓜莖葉芒果皮西瓜皮荷葉火龍果莖葉火龍果皮。
[Abstract]:In order to study the feed utilization value of by-products of cash crops, the main nutritional components and mineral contents of by-products of seven kinds of cash crops in Hainan Province were determined, and the nutritional value of by-products was comprehensively evaluated by membership function method. The results showed that the dry matter content, crude protein content, crude fat content, acid detergent fiber content, neutral detergent fiber content and tannin content were 7.85% 33.42%, 6.64% 22.50%, 1.72% 5.80%, 13.25% 30.90%, 17.16% 33.30% and 5.24 鈮，
