多浪羊與和田羊初情期啟動過程中生殖激素的變化規(guī)律

【摘要】:【目的】檢測多浪羊與和田羊初情期啟動過程中血清4種生殖激素(E2,FSH、LH、P4)的變化規(guī)律,為研究綿羊的初情期啟動機制提供理論依據(jù)!痉椒ā坷霉蛟嚽榈确椒▽40只多浪羊與40只和田羊初情期年齡進行了鑒定;利用放射免疫分析技術對這2種綿羊2月齡、3月齡、初情期前、初情期(早期、中期、后期)、初情期后血清4種生殖激素的變化規(guī)律進行測定!窘Y果】多浪羊達到初情期的年齡約在4月齡,和田羊達到初情期的年齡約在8月齡。在幼年期至初情期的發(fā)育過程中,2種綿羊4種生殖激素變化趨勢相似。多浪羊2月齡、3月齡血清E2濃度均顯著高于和田羊(P0.05);多浪羊3月齡(初情期前)、初情期早期、中期血清FSH濃度均顯著高于和田羊(P0.05),初情期后期血清P4濃度顯著高于和田羊(P0.05)。多浪羊初情期后血清FSH、LH、P4濃度均顯著高于和田羊(P0.05)!窘Y論】多浪羊初情期前高水平的E2、FSH可能與其初情期啟動早相關,初情期后高水平的FSH濃度可能與其排卵數(shù)多、多胎性相關。
[Abstract]:[objective] to detect the changes of serum four reproductive hormones (E2, LH, P4) during the initial estrus of Dolang sheep and Hetian sheep, so as to provide theoretical basis for the study of the primordial initiation mechanism of sheep. [methods] the age of 40 Dolang sheep and 40 he-Tian sheep in the first estrus was identified by ram test. The changes of four reproductive hormones in serum of these two sheep at the age of 2 months, 3 months, before and after the first estrus (early, middle and late) and after the first estrus were measured by radioimmunoassay. [results] the age of reaching the first estrus of Dolang sheep was about 4 months old, and that of Hotan sheep was about 8 months old. During the development from infancy to first estrus, the change trend of 4 kinds of reproductive hormones in two kinds of sheep was similar. The serum E2 concentration of Dolang sheep at the age of 2 months and 3 months was significantly higher than that of Hetian sheep (P 0.05), and the serum FSH concentration of Dolang sheep at 3 months old (before first estrus), early and middle estrus was significantly higher than that of Hetian sheep (P 0.05), and the serum P4 concentration in early estrus was significantly higher than that in Hetian sheep (P 0.05). The serum FSH,LH,P4 concentration of Dolang sheep after first estrus was significantly higher than that of Hetian sheep (P 0.05). [conclusion] the high level of E2 in Dolang sheep before the initial estrus may be related to the initiation of the first estrus, and the high level of FSH after the first estrus may be related to the number of ovulatory and multiple fetuses.
