【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)小批量顆粒飼料生產(chǎn),設(shè)計一種小型可調(diào)間隙飼料制粒機,包括環(huán)模及配套部件、壓輥及配套部件、傳動機構(gòu)等。該制粒機特征為:壓輥調(diào)節(jié)部件位于制粒機外部,能夠在不停機的狀態(tài)下實時調(diào)節(jié)模輥間隙,保證顆粒飼料的連續(xù)生產(chǎn)。同時設(shè)計了與該制粒機配套的控制系統(tǒng)。基于彈塑性理論,采用有限元分析軟件Abaqus內(nèi)置的Drucker-Prager Cap本構(gòu)模型對制粒機模輥擠壓過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,模擬結(jié)果表明,模輥間隙的設(shè)置應(yīng)與物料的摩擦因數(shù)相匹配,適當(dāng)提高物料的摩擦因數(shù)能夠避免物料內(nèi)部滑移耗能,有利于提高顆粒飼料的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。制造樣機并進(jìn)行了生產(chǎn)試驗,以某配方乳豬料為原料,進(jìn)行制粒機作業(yè)性能指標(biāo)的測定,結(jié)果表明:該制粒機生產(chǎn)的顆粒飼料成品含水率為13.53%,直徑為3 mm,顆粒含粉率為3.27%,顆粒耐久度(PDI)為94.34%,顆粒硬度為176.03 N,生產(chǎn)率約為42 kg/h,各項指標(biāo)均達(dá)到設(shè)計要求,滿足小批量顆粒生產(chǎn)的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the production of small batch pellet feed, a small adjustable clearance feed granulator was designed, including ring die and supporting parts, roller and matching parts, transmission mechanism and so on. The characteristics of the granulator are as follows: the roller regulating component is located outside the granulator, which can adjust the die roll gap in real time without stopping, so as to ensure the continuous production of pellet feed. At the same time, the control system matching with the granulator is designed. Based on elastic-plastic theory, the extrusion process of die roll of granulator is simulated by Drucker-Prager Cap model built in finite element analysis software Abaqus. The simulation results show that the setting of die roll gap should be matched with the friction coefficient of material, and properly increasing the friction coefficient of material can avoid the internal slip energy consumption of material and is beneficial to improve the output and quality of pellet feed. The prototype was manufactured and the production test was carried out. Using a formula milk pig as raw material, the performance index of the granulator was determined. the results showed that the moisture content of the finished product of the granulator was 13.53%, the powder content of 3 mm, particles was 3.27%, the durability of the particles (PDI) was 94.34%, the hardness of the particles was 176.03 N, and the productivity was about 42 kg/h,. To meet the requirements of small batch particle production.
