【摘要】：建立了一種可同時(shí)測(cè)定卡巴匹林鈣可溶性粉中卡巴匹林鈣和游離水楊酸含量的高效液相色譜方法。采用Agilent Zorbax XDB C18色譜柱,流動(dòng)相為0.2%磷酸溶液-乙腈(70∶30,V/V),流速1.0 m L/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)228 nm,柱溫30℃。結(jié)果表明卡巴匹林鈣和水楊酸在0.1~100μg/m L濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)r均大于0.999;卡巴匹林鈣回收率為97.4%~101.1%,批內(nèi)相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.4%~1.3%,批間相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.2%~0.5%;水楊酸回收率為96.9%~101.2%,批內(nèi)相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.5%~1.5%,批間相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.2%~0.5%。方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、可靠,可用于卡巴匹林鈣可溶性粉的質(zhì)量控制。
