油菜秸稈與皇竹草混合微貯模式的篩選及效果研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)油菜秸稈資源豐富,但質(zhì)地粗硬,適口性差;手癫菰谀戏椒N植面積大,產(chǎn)量高,但其水分含量很高,常規(guī)條件下不利于儲(chǔ)存。為充分利用油菜秸稈資源,本研究旨在探索油菜秸稈與皇竹草不同混合比例并添加不同水平糞腸球菌復(fù)合菌的混合微貯模式及其效果,分為以下三個(gè)試驗(yàn):試驗(yàn)一油菜秸稈與皇竹草適宜混合微貯模式初步研究試驗(yàn)采用3×3的兩因素三水平的試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),共設(shè)9個(gè)處理組,每個(gè)處理組3個(gè)重復(fù)。微貯45天后,進(jìn)行感官評(píng)定和相關(guān)指標(biāo)的測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:(1)以Ⅱ組的感官評(píng)價(jià)得分最高(18分),其次為Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ處理組(16分)。(2)Ⅵ組pH值最低,并顯著低于Ⅸ處理組(P0.05)。(3)Ⅸ組DM含量顯著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ處理組(P0.05)。(4)Ⅱ組CP的含量與Ⅲ、Ⅴ組差異不顯著(P0.05),但顯著或極顯著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ處理組(P0.05或P0.01)。(5)Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ組的VBN含量較低,且顯著或極顯著低于Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ處理組(P0.05或P0.01)。(6)Ⅱ組的VBN/TN的比值最低,且極顯著低于其它8個(gè)處理組(P0.01),其次較低的為Ⅲ、Ⅴ處理組。(7)NDF含量高的為Ⅶ、Ⅳ處理組,差異不顯著(P0.05),其次為Ⅰ、Ⅸ處理組,但與Ⅳ組差異不顯著(P0.05)。(8)ADF含量低的為Ⅷ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ,差異不顯著(P0.05)。(9)Ⅲ、Ⅴ的WSC含量顯著或極顯著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ組。試驗(yàn)二:油菜秸稈與皇竹草混合微貯料瘤胃動(dòng)態(tài)降解參數(shù)的研究在試驗(yàn)一研究的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇油菜秸稈與皇竹草混合比例為3:7,糞腸球菌復(fù)合菌劑量添加量為150 mg/kg、300 mg/kg和比例為4:6、糞腸球菌復(fù)合菌添加量為150mg/kg等三種模式的混合微貯料,分別測(cè)定其在錦江黃牛瘤胃中培養(yǎng)4、8、16、24、36、48、72h時(shí)的DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF等營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消失率,并計(jì)算其在瘤胃降解參數(shù)及有效降解率。結(jié)果表明:(1)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ組DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF等營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)在瘤胃中的降解率隨著在瘤胃中培養(yǎng)時(shí)間的累積而逐漸增大,其中以Ⅰ組在72h時(shí)的降解率最大。(2)各組間DM在瘤胃中的有效降解率沒(méi)有顯著差別(P0.05),但Ⅲ組的快速降解部分和慢速降解部分的降解率均與Ⅰ組達(dá)到顯著水平(P0.05),而與Ⅱ組差異不顯著(P0.05)。(3)Ⅰ組OM在瘤胃中的有效降解率、快速降解部分降解率和不可降解部分與Ⅱ組均達(dá)到顯著水平(P0.05),而與Ⅲ組的差異不顯著(P0.05)。(4)Ⅰ組CP在瘤胃中的有效降解率和快速降解部分的降解率均顯著高于Ⅲ組(P0.05);而不可降解部分則極顯著低于Ⅲ組(P0.01),但與Ⅱ組的差異不顯著(P0.05)。(5)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ組間NDF有效降解率、不可降解部分、快速降解部分以及慢速降解部分的降解率差異均不顯著(P0.05),但以Ⅰ組的有效降解率最大、不可降解部分最小。(6)各組間ADF的有效降解率和不可降解部分的差異均不顯著(P0.05),但Ⅰ組的快速降解部分的降解率高于Ⅱ組(P0.05)和Ⅲ組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)三:油菜秸稈與皇竹草混合微貯料對(duì)錦江黃牛體內(nèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化率的研究在試驗(yàn)二的基礎(chǔ)上,選用健康、25月齡左右、體重為246.33±30.25 kg的錦江黃牛生長(zhǎng)公牛6頭,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組,每組3頭。對(duì)照組飼喂未處理的比例為3:7的油菜秸稈和皇竹草;試驗(yàn)組飼喂比例為3:7、并額外添加150 mg/kg乳酸糞腸球菌復(fù)合菌處理的油菜秸稈與皇竹草混合微貯料。試驗(yàn)為期20天,試驗(yàn)最后5天采用全收糞法收集糞便。測(cè)定GE、DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF等營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的表觀消化率。結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)組的DM、OM、GE、CP、NDF、ADF在錦江黃牛體內(nèi)的消化率均極顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。綜合以上結(jié)果,油菜秸稈與皇竹草按照一定比例混合,添加不同水平乳酸糞腸球菌進(jìn)行微貯,能改善混合微貯料的微貯品質(zhì),提高其在錦江黃牛瘤胃降解率及營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的表觀消化率。本研究以油菜秸稈與皇竹草按照3:7比例混合,添加150 mg/kg乳酸糞腸球菌復(fù)合菌的混合微貯模式效果最好。
