【摘要】：為了研究蛋雞舍排出氣體處理方法,使用輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為框架、活性炭纖維過濾網(wǎng)為介質(zhì)構(gòu)建排出空氣凈化裝置對籠養(yǎng)蛋雞舍排出空氣進(jìn)行過濾處理,初步探討該裝置對雞舍排出空氣衛(wèi)生指標(biāo)和氣流的影響。結(jié)果顯示:籠養(yǎng)蛋雞雞舍排出空氣經(jīng)過空氣凈化裝置處理后,空氣中粉塵濃度、細(xì)菌總數(shù)和大腸桿菌數(shù)分別比處理前降低了46.54%、91.16%和95.99%(P0.05),但導(dǎo)致雞舍進(jìn)風(fēng)口的風(fēng)速顯著降低(P0.05)。雞舍安裝空氣凈化裝置對雞舍排出空氣具有良好的凈化效果,空氣凈化裝置的材料有待進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the gas treatment method of laying hens house, the light steel structure was used as the frame, and the activated carbon fiber filter was used as the medium to construct the exhaust air purification device to filter the air discharged from the cage laying hens house. The effect of the device on the air hygiene index and air flow of chicken coop was discussed. The results showed that the concentration of dust, the total number of bacteria and the number of Escherichia coli in the air were 46.54%, 91.16% and 95.99% lower than those before treatment, respectively, after the air purification device was used to purify the air from the cage laying hens (P 0.05). However, the wind speed of chicken coop inlet decreased significantly (P 0.05). The installation of air purification device in chicken coop has a good purification effect on the exhaust air from chicken coop, and the material of air purification device needs to be further improved.
