風(fēng)速和偏熱處理對(duì)肉仔雞生理、內(nèi)分泌和免疫指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究不同風(fēng)速和偏熱處理對(duì)肉仔雞生理、內(nèi)分泌和免疫指標(biāo)的影響。選取42日齡體重相近、健康的愛(ài)拔益加肉仔公雞150羽,隨機(jī)分成15個(gè)處理,每個(gè)處理10羽,每羽雞作為1個(gè)重復(fù)。試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物放在環(huán)控艙中(溫度21℃,相對(duì)濕度60%),每次試驗(yàn)處理前從中隨機(jī)挑選10羽,放置在另一個(gè)由本實(shí)驗(yàn)室研發(fā)的縱向通風(fēng)試驗(yàn)環(huán)控艙中。每次處理分6 h適應(yīng)期(自由采食與飲水)和6 h試驗(yàn)期(禁食禁水),適應(yīng)期溫濕度與試驗(yàn)前一致。試驗(yàn)期將環(huán)控艙的溫濕度調(diào)至試驗(yàn)要求(相對(duì)濕度保持不變),風(fēng)速由縱向通風(fēng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。試驗(yàn)采用3×5因子設(shè)計(jì),試驗(yàn)溫度分3個(gè)水平:26、29和32℃;風(fēng)速分為5個(gè)水平:0、0.5、1.0、1.5和2.0 m/s。各試驗(yàn)處理?xiàng)l件在第1小時(shí)內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn),第2~6小時(shí)分別采集數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:1)風(fēng)速和偏熱處理的交互作用顯著影響肉仔雞體核溫度(Tc)、呼吸頻率(Fr)、皮膚溫度(Ts)以及血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)和皮質(zhì)酮含量(P0.05)。與0風(fēng)速相比,在26℃偏熱溫度下,1.0 m/s及以上風(fēng)速顯著降低肉仔雞Tc(P0.05),2.0 m/s風(fēng)速顯著降低肉仔雞Fr(P0.05),1.5 m/s及以上風(fēng)速顯著降低肉仔雞耳葉皮溫(Tes)(P0.05),1.0 m/s及以上風(fēng)速顯著降低肉仔雞雞冠皮溫(Tcs)和小腿皮溫(Tss)(P0.05);29℃偏熱溫度下,1.0 m/s及以上風(fēng)速顯著降低肉仔雞Tc、Tes、Tcs和Tss(P0.05);32℃偏熱溫度下,1.0 m/s及以上風(fēng)速顯著降低肉仔雞Tc和Fr(P0.05),0.5 m/s及以上風(fēng)速顯著降低肉仔雞Tes、Tcs和Tss(P0.05);較高偏熱和無(wú)風(fēng)(32℃+0風(fēng)速)或較高偏熱和低風(fēng)(32℃+0.5 m/s風(fēng)速)下肉仔雞Tc、Ts、Fr較高,血清T3含量較低,應(yīng)激程度較大。2)偏熱處理下,低風(fēng)速(0.5 m/s)會(huì)加重肉仔雞熱負(fù)荷,風(fēng)速對(duì)肉仔雞免疫指標(biāo)影響較小,最適風(fēng)速為1.5 m/s。總之,偏熱處理下風(fēng)速不同程度影響肉仔雞生理、內(nèi)分泌和免疫指標(biāo)。
