基于SolidWorks設(shè)計飼料稱重式液體添加設(shè)備的研究

【摘要】:中國飼料工業(yè)起步于20世紀70年代,已經(jīng)歷30多年的發(fā)展,逐步形成了飼料工業(yè)的主體地位,從1991年我國飼料總產(chǎn)量3570萬噸到2011年的飼料總產(chǎn)量18063萬噸,產(chǎn)值達到6348億元,而飼料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)由1.5萬多家縮減到1萬家左右,并購甚至破產(chǎn)逐漸減少飼料企業(yè),可見飼料行業(yè)競爭逐步日趨激烈,“大魚吃小魚,小魚吃蝦米”會在飼料行業(yè)出現(xiàn),要想在社會發(fā)展中生存,就必須依靠科技創(chuàng)新,即鞏固基礎(chǔ),發(fā)掘創(chuàng)新,本文本著對企業(yè)追求利潤,結(jié)合飼料行業(yè)法律法規(guī),適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展而集成創(chuàng)新開發(fā)一套稱重式液體添加設(shè)備,提高飼料料肉比的同時,飼料品質(zhì)和經(jīng)濟效益也相應(yīng)得到提升,為企業(yè)增強市場競爭力。本文根據(jù)飼料行業(yè)相關(guān)法規(guī),查閱文獻了解隨著季節(jié)性變化,飼料含水率可控制在12.5%左右,而一般的飼料含水率在9.7%,所以水分有2%~3%的研究空間,加上水的種類與特性及飼料資源的利用率,水可分為游離水和結(jié)合水,結(jié)合生物技術(shù)、營養(yǎng)科學(xué)及飼料加工技術(shù)領(lǐng)域等知識研究了設(shè)計水添加設(shè)備工藝流程,集成開發(fā)了部件和單機設(shè)備之間的配合,使得整套設(shè)備符合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)要求,設(shè)計思路如下:1、調(diào)研市場與結(jié)合飼料企業(yè)需求,設(shè)計稱重式水添加設(shè)備工藝流程;2、根據(jù)加水要求設(shè)計計算每批加水量的容積,滿足最大自動加水稱重的要求;3、分析流阻,計算管路和噴嘴所需壓力對泵進行選型設(shè)計;4、設(shè)計管路自動泄壓系統(tǒng),保證管路受阻時管路安全和保護電機;本論文在設(shè)計完成后借助三維軟件SolidWorks繪制設(shè)計安裝,避免只有生產(chǎn)部件與單機才能發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的缺陷,提高設(shè)計效率,減少開發(fā)設(shè)計設(shè)備的時間,同時也節(jié)省單位成本,稱重式水添加設(shè)備的應(yīng)用得到廣大飼料企業(yè)的好評,提高飼料行業(yè)獲利率。
[Abstract]:China's feed industry began in the 1970s, has experienced more than 30 years of development, gradually formed the main position of the feed industry, from 1991 China's total feed output of 35.7 million tons to 2011 of the total feed output of 180.63 million tons, the output value of 634.8 billion yuan. While feed production enterprises have been reduced from more than 15000 to about 10 000, mergers and acquisitions and even bankruptcy have gradually reduced feed enterprises. It can be seen that competition in the feed industry is becoming increasingly fierce. "Big fish eating small fish and small fish eating shrimp rice" will appear in the feed industry. In order to survive in social development, we must rely on scientific and technological innovation, that is, to consolidate the foundation and explore innovation. In this paper, in the pursuit of profits for enterprises, combined with the laws and regulations of the feed industry, In order to adapt to the development of market economy and develop a set of weighing liquid adding equipment, the feed quality and economic benefit can be improved accordingly, so as to enhance the competitive power of the market for enterprises. According to the relevant laws and regulations of the feed industry, this paper looked up the literature and found that with the seasonal change, the feed moisture content could be controlled at 12.5%, while the general feed moisture content was 9.7%, so the water content had 2% and 3% research space. In addition to the types and characteristics of water and the utilization rate of feed resources, water can be divided into free water and combined water. In combination with the knowledge of biotechnology, nutrition science and feed processing technology, the technological process of designing water adding equipment is studied. The coordination between components and stand-alone equipment is integrated and developed to make the whole equipment meet the production requirements of the enterprise. The design ideas are as follows: (1) investigating the market and combining the demand of feed enterprises and designing the process flow of weighing water adding equipment; 2.According to the requirement of adding water, the volume of each batch of water is designed and calculated to meet the requirement of maximum automatic weighing of water. 3, the flow resistance is analyzed and the pressure required by pipes and nozzles is calculated to select the pump. 4, design the pipeline automatic pressure relief system to ensure the pipeline safety and protect the motor when the pipeline is blocked; After the completion of the design, the paper draws and installs the design with the help of three-dimensional software SolidWorks to avoid the defects of the equipment can be found only in the production parts and single machine, improve the design efficiency, reduce the development time of the design equipment, and at the same time save the unit cost. The application of weighing water addition equipment has been praised by feed enterprises, and the interest rate of feed industry has been raised.
