【摘要】：為了探討益生菌與中草藥聯合應用對斷奶仔豬生長性能和腸道菌群結構的影響,為益生菌與中草藥聯合應用于養(yǎng)豬業(yè)提供參考依據,試驗將72頭斷奶仔豬隨機分成益生菌組(Ⅰ組)、中草藥組(Ⅱ組)、聯合組(Ⅲ組)和對照組(Ⅳ組),分別在保育料中添加益生菌、中草藥以及二者聯合應用,測定各處理組生長性能指標、免疫器官指數、血清中抗體含量以及腸道菌群結構的變化。結果表明:試驗Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組與Ⅳ組相比,在平均日增重、血清中抗體含量方面有明顯的提高,同時優(yōu)化了腸道菌群結構;試驗Ⅲ組與試驗Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組相比,平均日增重、血清中抗體含量均顯著提高,腸道菌群結構也更加優(yōu)化。說明在仔豬飼料中添加益生菌與中草藥可以顯著提高其生長性能,優(yōu)化腸道菌群結構,增強免疫力,提高養(yǎng)殖經濟效益。
