環(huán)模模孔參數(shù)對顆粒飼料加工質(zhì)量及肉雞生長性能的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究環(huán)模?讌(shù)對顆粒飼料加工質(zhì)量及肉雞生長性能的影響。通過固定?字睆(3mm)改變模孔長徑比(6∶1、8∶1、10∶1)以及固定?组L徑比(10∶1)改變?字睆(3.0、3.5、4.0mm),生產(chǎn)5種不同直徑及硬度的肉雞顆粒飼料。選取864只體重相近的21日齡愛拔益加(AA)肉雞,隨機分成6組,每個組8個重復,每個重復18只。Ⅰ~Ⅴ組分別飼喂?字睆胶烷L徑比分別為3.0mm和6∶1、3.0mm和8∶1、3.0mm和10∶1、3.5mm和10∶1、4.0mm和10∶1的顆粒飼料;Ⅵ組分2階段飼喂,22~35日齡飼喂模孔直徑和長徑比為3.0 mm和10∶1顆粒飼料,36~42日齡飼喂?字睆胶烷L徑比為4.0mm和10∶1顆粒飼料。試驗期21d。結(jié)果表明:1)模孔直徑相同時,顆粒硬度隨著?组L徑比的增加而極顯著提高(P0.01);模孔長徑比相同時,顆粒硬度隨著?字睆降脑黾佣鴺O顯著提高(P0.01)。各組顆粒耐久性指數(shù)(PDI)無顯著差異(P0.05),且都高于95%。2)模孔直徑相同時,隨著顆粒硬度的增加,肉雞終末體重、平均日增重均逐漸降低,料重比逐漸升高。Ⅰ組的終末體重和平均日增重顯著或極顯著高于Ⅲ組(P0.05或P0.01),Ⅰ組料重比顯著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ組(P0.05)。3)?组L徑比相同時,各組終末體重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均無顯著差異(P0.05);隨著顆粒直徑的增加料重比逐漸降低,且Ⅲ組料重比顯著高于Ⅴ組(P0.05)。綜上所述,模孔長徑比和直徑的增大均會顯著提高顆粒硬度。在一定范圍內(nèi),提高顆粒硬度會使肉雞終末體重和平均日增重降低,料重比升高,而增大顆粒直徑則會使料重比降低。
