【摘要】：飼料加工物聯(lián)網(wǎng)是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術在飼料加工過程中的具體應用,是飼料制造4.0的重要內容之一。文章詳細介紹了超微粉碎機物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)應用的感知層元器件選型及信號傳輸方式,監(jiān)控管理平臺感知數(shù)據(jù)的實時收集、優(yōu)化參數(shù)的實時反饋、異常情況的實時預警、維護保養(yǎng)的智能感知、風量轉速的智能控制以及快捷方便的網(wǎng)絡訪問等技術。超微粉碎機物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)應用結果表明,其平臺內的所有超微粉碎機在飼料加工物聯(lián)網(wǎng)上變成可視可控的智能裝備,提升了飼料加工裝備的智能化水平;通過超微粉碎機運行參數(shù)的大數(shù)據(jù)分析及優(yōu)化反饋,可降低平臺內超微粉碎機噸料電耗10%以上,節(jié)能降耗效果顯著;通過智能感知的精準"維護保養(yǎng)",有效提升超微粉碎機工作的穩(wěn)定性,提高平均無故障工作時間(MTBF)。
[Abstract]:The Internet of things for feed processing is the specific application of Internet of things technology in the process of feed processing and is one of the important contents of feed manufacturing 4.0. This paper introduces in detail the selection of perceptual layer components and the mode of signal transmission, real-time collection of perceptual data of monitoring and management platform, real-time feedback of optimized parameters, real-time warning of abnormal conditions, and so on. Maintenance of intelligent perception, intelligent control of air speed and quick and convenient network access technology. The application results of the Internet of things system of the ultra-micro comminution machine show that all the ultra-micro grinders in the platform have become visual and controllable intelligent equipment on the Internet of things of feed processing, and the intelligent level of the feed processing equipment has been improved. Through big data analysis and optimal feedback of the operating parameters of the ultra-micro grinder, the energy consumption per ton of the ultra-micro grinder in the platform can be reduced by more than 10%, and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable. Through intelligent and accurate "maintenance", the stability of ultra-micro grinder is improved effectively, and the average fault-free working time (MTBF).) is improved.
