祁連山高寒草原醉馬草防除后優(yōu)良牧草補播的土草效應

【摘要】:本研究以我國北方天然草地毒草醉馬草(Achnatherum inebrians)為研究對象,在甘肅省肅南縣大河鄉(xiāng)公路兩側(cè)對其種群數(shù)量較大的區(qū)域開展了草甘磷和重耙對比滅殺試驗;在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用隨機區(qū)組試驗設(shè)計,選擇補播的優(yōu)良牧草種類,總結(jié)了草地補播改良效果以及技術(shù)。結(jié)果表明,10%草甘磷防除效果超過98%,推薦使用劑量150~190g·667m~(-2)為宜;重耙滅殺醉馬草防除效果超過90%,推薦重耙措施為30cm深度為宜。退化草地補播改良結(jié)果表明,淺翻耕條播、淺翻耕撒播、行內(nèi)松土補播牧草的組合Ⅴ[垂穗披堿草(Elymus nutans)1kg·667m~(-2)+紫羊茅(Festuca rubra)0.5kg·667 m~(-2)+草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)0.3kg·667 m~(-2)+小冠花(Coronilla varia)0.2kg·667m~(-2)]和組合Ⅵ[垂穗披堿草1kg·667m~(-2)+紫羊茅0.5kg·667m~(-2)+草地早熟禾0.2kg·667m~(-2)+小冠花0.3kg·667m~(-2)]的成活率分別為85%和73%,91%和87%,87%和75%,表現(xiàn)出較強的適應性。退化草地牧草補播的最適宜播種深度為1~4cm,當播種深度為0和4~8cm時,出苗率和成活率均較低。與不動土撒播相比,淺翻耕條播、行內(nèi)松土補播牧草的組合Ⅴ和Ⅵ可有效改善土壤養(yǎng)分狀況,使補播牧草高度、密度及生物量顯著增加,可以在天然退化草地的生態(tài)恢復中推廣應用。
[Abstract]:In this study, (Achnatherum inebrians), a natural grass in natural grassland of North China, was used as the research object, and a comparative killing experiment was carried out on the two sides of Dahe Township Highway in Sunan County, Gansu Province, in which the population quantity was relatively large. On the basis of this, a random block experiment design was used to select the fine forage species for supplementary sowing, and the improvement effect and technique of supplementary sowing on grassland were summarized. The results showed that the control effect of 10% triglyceride was more than 98%, the recommended dosage was 150g 190g 667m-2, the control effect of heavy rake was more than 90%, and the 30cm depth was recommended.
