回乳期奶牛血清GH、INS、HC、TGF-β1和IGF-1含量變化
[Abstract]:To investigate the changes and correlation of serum levels of growth hormone (GH), insulin (INS), hydrocortisone (HC), transforming growth factor 尾 1 (TGF- 尾 1) and insulin like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) in the serum of dairy cows during relactation. A total of 20 healthy Chinese Holstein cows with a daily milk yield of (15.43 鹵2.10) kg, dry milk were selected. The first day of dry milk was recorded as day 0, and the venous blood samples were collected on day 0 ~ (-1) and day 11 respectively. The contents of GH,INS,HC,TGF- 尾 _ 1 and IGF-1 in serum were detected by ELISA method and the results were analyzed statistically. To analyze the change law and its correlation during the milk returning process of dairy cow. The results showed that there was no significant change in serum GH,INS,HC and TGF- 尾 1 levels between 0 and 1 day after milk resuscitation (P0.05). The levels of serum GH and HC decreased significantly from day 3 to day 11 (P0.01), and the content of serum HC on day 3 was significantly higher than that on the other days (P0.01). The levels of serum INS increased significantly from day 3 to day 11 (P0.01), and the levels of serum TGF- 尾 1 did not differ significantly from day 3 to day 11 (P0.05). The level of serum IGF-1 decreased step by step. There was no significant difference between 0 and 1 day, 3 day and 5 day, 7 day and 9 day, 9 day and 11 day (P0.05), but 0 to 1 day, 3 to 5 days, 3 to 5 days. There were significant differences between the three stages on the 7th and 11th days (P0.01). The changes of serum GH,INS,TGF- 尾 1 and IGF-1 were significantly correlated (P0.01). HC content was significantly correlated with GH,INS and IGF-1 content (P0.01), and negatively correlated with TGF- 尾 1 content (P0.05).
