發(fā)酵蠶蛹豆粕粉替換魚粉對斷奶仔豬生長性能、血清生化指標(biāo)及器官指數(shù)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究發(fā)酵蠶蛹豆粕粉替換魚粉對斷奶仔豬生長性能、血清生化指標(biāo)及器官指數(shù)的影響,及確定其適宜的替換水平。選用120頭(28±1)日齡斷奶、初始體重為(7.64±0.67)kg的健康"杜×長×大"三元雜交仔豬,分為4組,每組3個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10頭豬。對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,3個試驗組分別用發(fā)酵蠶蛹豆粕粉替換基礎(chǔ)飼糧中25%、50%、100%的魚粉。預(yù)試期3 d,正試期21 d。結(jié)果表明:1)各組試驗全期平均日增重、平均日采食量(ADFI)、料重比均差異不顯著(P0.05),但對照組第1周ADFI顯著高于25%替換組(P0.05),50%、100%替換組第2周ADFI顯著高于25%替換組(P0.05)。2)25%替換組血清總膽固醇含量顯著高于對照組(P0.05),25%替換組血清高密度脂蛋白膽固醇含量顯著高于對照組和50%替換組(P0.05),25%替換組血清載脂蛋白B含量顯著高于50%替換組(P0.05),對照組血清總蛋白含量顯著高于50%替換組和100%替換組(P0.05)。3)各組腹瀉率、器官指數(shù)、血清免疫球蛋白含量均差異不顯著(P0.05)。綜合各項指標(biāo),發(fā)酵蠶蛹豆粕粉可替代飼糧中25%的魚粉,而不影響斷奶仔豬的生長性能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of silkworm pupa meal replacement on growth performance, serum biochemical index and organ index of weaned piglets, and to determine the appropriate replacement level. A total of 120 (28 鹵1) day weaned healthy "du 脳 long 脳 large" three-way crossbred piglets with an initial body weight of (7.64 鹵0.67) kg were divided into 4 groups, with 3 replicates in each group and 10 pigs per replica. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the three groups were fed with fermented silkworm pupa soybean meal to replace 25% fish meal in the basic diet. The pretest period was 3 days and the positive test period was 21 days. The results showed that: 1) the average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI),) of each group were not significantly different (P0.05), but the ADFI of the control group was significantly higher than that of the 25% replacement group (P0.05) at the first week, and the ADFI of the control group was significantly higher than that of the 25% replacement group (P0.05). In the second week of 100% replacement group, ADFI was significantly higher than that in 25% replacement group (P0.05). The serum total cholesterol content in the 25% replacement group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The content of HDL-C in 25% replacement group was significantly higher than that in control group and 50% replacement group (P0.05), and the serum apolipoprotein B content in 25% replacement group was significantly higher than that in 50% replacement group (P0.05). The serum total protein content of control group was significantly higher than that of 50% replacement group and 100% replacement group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in diarrhea rate, organ index and serum immunoglobulin content in each group (P0.05). The results showed that fermented silkworm pupa soybean meal could replace 25% fish meal without affecting the growth performance of weaned piglets.
