體內(nèi)法和體外法對玉米代謝能的評定效果比較

【摘要】:通過對體外法(仿生消化法)測定的玉米的酶水解物能值(EHGE)與體內(nèi)法(動物試驗(yàn)法)測定的真代謝能(TME)進(jìn)行比較,篩選快速、準(zhǔn)確估測飼料能值的方法。體內(nèi)法采用動物試驗(yàn)法進(jìn)行代謝試驗(yàn)測定TME,選用504只21日齡AA肉仔雞,按體質(zhì)量均分為7個處理,每個處理12個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)6只雞,其中6個處理分別飼喂6個地區(qū)玉米飼料原料,另外1個處理為饑餓組,測定其內(nèi)源能量代謝,試驗(yàn)期3 d。體外法采用仿生消化法進(jìn)行仿生消化試驗(yàn)測定EHGE,6個地區(qū)玉米飼料原料設(shè)為6個處理,每個處理10個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)2根消化管。結(jié)果表明:體外法測定的EHGE和體內(nèi)法測定的TME總體上差異不顯著。體外法測定的EHGE的變異系數(shù)在0.21%~0.87%,而體內(nèi)法測定的TEM的變異系數(shù)在0.98%~4.12%,體外法測定的EHGE對體內(nèi)法測定的TME的估計偏差均在2%以內(nèi),體外法測定的EHGE與體內(nèi)法測定的TME呈顯著線性關(guān)系(R2=0.95)。可見,用體外法測定的EHGE具有較高的準(zhǔn)確性,且達(dá)到了估測體內(nèi)法TME的要求,能快速、準(zhǔn)確地評價日糧的代謝能。
[Abstract]:The enzyme hydrolytic energy (EHGE) of maize determined by bionic digestion in vitro was compared with the true metabolizable energy (TME) measured by in vivo method (animal test) to select a fast and accurate method for estimating feed energy value. In vivo Metabolism Test by Animal Test TME, 504 21-day-old AA broilers were divided into 7 treatments, 12 replicates per treatment, 6 chickens per replica, according to body mass. Among them, 6 treatments were fed with corn feed raw materials in 6 regions respectively, and the other one was treated with starvation group. The endogenous energy metabolism was measured for 3 days. In vitro bionic digestion test was used to determine the corn feed raw materials in 6 areas of EHGE, were treated with 6 treatments with 10 repeats each with 2 digestive tubes per repeat. The results showed that there was no significant difference between in vitro EHGE and in vivo TME. The coefficient of variation of EHGE measured by in vitro method was 0.21 and 0.87, while the coefficient of variation of TEM measured by in vivo method was 0.98 and 4.12.The estimated deviation of EHGE determined by in vitro method to TME determined by in vivo method was within 2%. There was a significant linear relationship between EHGE determined in vitro and TME measured in vivo (R _ 2O _ (0.95). It can be seen that the determination of EHGE by in vitro method has high accuracy and meets the requirement of estimating TME in vivo, which can quickly and accurately evaluate the metabolic energy of diet.
