日糧中添加番茄渣對(duì)圍產(chǎn)期奶?寡趸阅艿挠绊

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究日糧中添加番茄渣發(fā)酵飼料對(duì)圍產(chǎn)期奶?寡趸阅艿挠绊。選擇體質(zhì)均勻,預(yù)產(chǎn)期、體重、胎次和泌乳量相近的圍產(chǎn)期奶牛16頭,隨機(jī)分為2組,每組8頭,對(duì)照組飼喂常規(guī)全混合日糧(TMR),試驗(yàn)組在日糧中添加番茄渣發(fā)酵飼料(圍產(chǎn)前期13%,圍產(chǎn)后期11%)。預(yù)試期14d,正試期60d(產(chǎn)前30d至產(chǎn)后30d)。結(jié)果顯示,與對(duì)照組相比,圍產(chǎn)后期試驗(yàn)組奶牛產(chǎn)奶量顯著提高(P0.05);整個(gè)試驗(yàn)階段,試驗(yàn)組奶牛血清GSH-Px、T-SOD和T-AOC活力均高于對(duì)照組,其中,圍產(chǎn)前期試驗(yàn)組GSH-Px、T-SOD和T-AOC活力顯著提高(P0.05),與圍產(chǎn)前期相比,圍產(chǎn)后期GSH-Px、T-SOD和T-AOC活力等抗氧化指標(biāo)均呈下降趨勢(shì),圍產(chǎn)后期試驗(yàn)組奶牛MDA含量較對(duì)照組顯著降低(P0.05),但圍產(chǎn)前期和圍產(chǎn)后期間無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,圍產(chǎn)后期試驗(yàn)組紅細(xì)胞、血紅蛋白濃度、尿素氮、低密度膽固醇、鐵含量均顯著提高(P0.05);其他指標(biāo)兩組間差異均不顯著(P0.05)。綜上所述,日糧中添加番茄渣發(fā)酵飼料對(duì)圍產(chǎn)期奶牛機(jī)體的抗氧化性能和產(chǎn)奶量有一定提高作用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of tomato residue fermentation feed on antioxidant performance of perinatal dairy cows. Sixteen perinatal cows with uniform constitution, due date of delivery, body weight, birth order and lactation quantity were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 cows in each group. The control group was fed with conventional total mixed diet (TMR),). In the trial group, tomato residue was added to the diet (13% in perinatal period and 11% in late perinatal period). The pretest period was 14 days and the current test period was 60 days (30 days before and 30 days after birth). The results showed that the milk yield in the later perinatal test group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). During the whole trial period, the activities of serum GSH-Px,T-SOD and T-AOC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Among them, the activities of GSH-Px,T-SOD and T-AOC in the pre-perinatal test group were significantly increased (P0.05), compared with the pre-perinatal period. The antioxidant indexes such as GSH-Px,T-SOD and T-AOC activity decreased in the later perinatal period, and the MDA content in the later perinatal test group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). But there was no significant difference in perinatal period and perinatal period (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the erythrocyte, hemoglobin concentration, urea nitrogen, low density cholesterol, iron content in the later perinatal test group were significantly increased (P0.05); the other indexes between the two groups were not significant (P0.05). To sum up, adding tomato residue to the diet can improve the antioxidant performance and milk yield of perinatal dairy cows.
