【摘要】：從甘肅省天祝縣采集白牦牛中寄生的前后盤吸蟲經(jīng)處理后經(jīng)石蠟切片、HE染色和PAS染色后在顯徽鏡下觀察組織結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,前后盤吸蟲體壁分為兩層,外層為角化的上皮組織,中層為排列密集的環(huán)形肌;體腔內(nèi)主要為生殖系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)和一些肌束和纖維組織,其中生殖系統(tǒng)包括卵巢、子宮、睪丸,而消化管分布于整個(gè)體腔;吸盤明顯分為三層,外層、中層和內(nèi)層,中層細(xì)胞較多,呈放射狀排列,外層為一層較薄的環(huán)形肌,內(nèi)層為一層較厚的排列整齊的環(huán)形肌,還有一層較薄的角化皮膚組織。吸盤的中層所占比例較大,主要是發(fā)達(dá)的呈放射狀排列的肌纖維,靠近內(nèi)層的地方含有大量的嗜堿性細(xì)胞,這些細(xì)胞大部分成簇存在,分布在肌纖維之間,也有少量的單個(gè)存在,散在分布在肌纖維的中間部位。鏡下測量,口吸盤較腹吸盤小,比例大約為1∶1.8。PAS染色結(jié)果表明,糖原主要分布在生殖系統(tǒng)中,少量分布于吸盤的肌肉層中。壓片結(jié)果更有易于觀察結(jié)構(gòu)的相對位置。
[Abstract]:The parasites from white yak were collected from Tianzhu County of Gansu Province. After treatment, the tissue structure was observed by paraffin section, HE staining and PAS staining. The results showed that the wall of the anterior and posterior disk fluke was divided into two layers, the outer layer was keratinized epithelium and the middle layer was a dense ring muscle. The main body cavity is the reproductive system, digestive system and some muscle bundles and fibrous tissue, in which the reproductive system includes ovary, uterus, testis, and the digestive tract is distributed throughout the body cavity; The sucker is obviously divided into three layers: outer layer, middle layer and inner layer, with more cells in the middle layer, which are arranged radially. The outer layer is a thin ring muscle, the inner layer is a thicker, neatly arranged ring muscle, and there is a thin layer of keratinized skin tissue. The proportion of the middle layer of the sucker is large, mainly the developed radial arrangement of muscle fibers, the place near the inner layer contains a large number of basophilic cells, most of these cells exist in clusters, distributed between the muscle fibers, There is also a small number of individual, scattered in the middle of the muscle fiber. The results of 1:1.8.PAS staining showed that glycogen was mainly distributed in the reproductive system and a little in the muscle layer of the sucker. The results show that the relative position of the structure is easier to be observed.
