【摘要】：受?chē)?guó)家質(zhì)檢總局動(dòng)植司委派,兩位預(yù)檢獸醫(yī)官赴烏拉圭執(zhí)行進(jìn)口奶牛預(yù)檢任務(wù)。該批荷斯坦奶牛來(lái)自烏拉圭13個(gè)省305個(gè)農(nóng)場(chǎng),初選奶牛共13 162頭。農(nóng)場(chǎng)檢疫共采集血樣13 002份,送往烏拉圭國(guó)家獸醫(yī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室DILAVE進(jìn)行疫病檢測(cè),檢測(cè)疫病包括牛白血病(EBL)、牛病毒性腹瀉(BVD)、副結(jié)核病(PT)、布魯菌病和口蹄疫(FMD),共檢出疫病呈陽(yáng)性的牛(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)陽(yáng)性牛)2 459頭,陽(yáng)性率18.91%,陽(yáng)性牛全部淘汰,10 543頭牛合格。經(jīng)過(guò)臨床檢查后共有10 217頭奶牛進(jìn)入烏拉圭畜牧業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)和漁業(yè)部(MGAP)批準(zhǔn)的出口活牛隔離場(chǎng)Rubadel SA。隔離場(chǎng)共采集血樣10 197份進(jìn)行檢疫,送DILAVE實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行EBL、BVD和FMD的檢測(cè),檢出陽(yáng)性牛227頭,陽(yáng)性率2.23%,9 970頭牛合格。240頭"哨兵動(dòng)物"進(jìn)行口蹄疫液相阻斷ELISA檢測(cè)合格。隔離期間同時(shí)進(jìn)行了鉤端螺旋體病治療、體內(nèi)外寄生蟲(chóng)驅(qū)除及口蹄疫(A型、O型)、傳染性鼻氣管炎(IBR)、炭疽(Anthrax)的疫苗注射。監(jiān)裝重點(diǎn)核對(duì)奶牛數(shù)量、耳號(hào)等信息,最終共計(jì)9 604頭合格奶牛裝船啟程運(yùn)往中國(guó)。預(yù)檢獸醫(yī)官與MGAP官方獸醫(yī)一起順利完成了該批進(jìn)口奶牛產(chǎn)地檢疫任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Appointed by SEQSIQ, two Veterinary officers went to Uruguay to carry out preliminary inspection of imported cows. The Holstein cows from 305 farms in Uruguay's 13 provinces, a total of 13,162 primary cows. A total of 13,002 blood samples were collected from farm quarantine and sent to the National Veterinary Laboratory of Uruguay for DILAVE to detect the disease, including bovine leukemia, (EBL), bovine viral diarrhea, (BVD), (PT), brucellosis, and foot-and-mouth disease, (FMD),. A total of 2 459 positive cattle (hereinafter referred to as positive cattle) were detected. The positive rate was 18.91. All the positive cattle were eliminated and 10 543 were qualified. After clinical examination, a total of 10,217 cows entered Rubadel SA., a live cattle quarantine farm approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MGAP) in Uruguay. A total of 10 197 blood samples were collected for quarantine and sent to the DILAVE laboratory for EBL,BVD and FMD tests. 227 positive cattle were detected. The positive rate was 2.23%. 9,970 cattle and 240 Sentinel animals were tested by liquid phase blocking ELISA for foot-and-mouth disease (FMD). During isolation, leptospirosis was treated, parasites were eliminated in vivo and in vitro, and foot-and-mouth disease (type A, O), and (IBR), anthrax (Anthrax) vaccine was injected into infectious rhinotracheitis. After checking the information of cow number and ear number, a total of 9,604 eligible cows were shipped to China. The pre-inspection veterinarian and the MGAP official veterinarian successfully completed the import of dairy cattle origin quarantine task.
