利用微衛(wèi)星標記分析雁蕩土雞及其他3個雞群體遺傳多樣性

【摘要】:為探討浙江省不同地方雞群體的遺傳多樣性及遺傳距離,促進浙江境內雞群體遺傳資源的合理利用和保護,本試驗利用STR分型技術對雁蕩麻雞Ⅰ系、Ⅱ系、蕭山雞、龍游麻雞和仙居雞5個群體(440只個體)在28個位點上的遺傳多樣性進行了檢測。結果表明,所有位點在5個群體中的平均有效等位基因(Ne)、期望雜合度(He)和多態(tài)信息含量(PIC)分別為3.709 0、0.664 1和0.621 5,其中龍游麻雞的平均Ne、He和PIC最高(3.941 9、0.702 2和0.661 3);仙居雞最低(3.505 1、0.653 9和0.609 3);雁蕩麻雞2個品系平均值處于龍游麻雞和仙居雞之間(Ⅰ系分別為3.785 5、0.670 6和0.628 8,Ⅱ系分別為3.695 7、0.654 6和0.611 4)。遺傳距離和系統(tǒng)聚類結果顯示,5個雞群體聚為3類,雁蕩麻雞2個群體為一類,仙居雞為一類,蕭山雞與龍游麻雞為一類。雁蕩麻雞Ⅰ系和Ⅱ系是浙江境內不同于仙居雞、蕭山雞和龍游麻雞而單獨存在的一個品種。
