【摘要】：為了解仔豬源沙門氏菌對抗菌藥物和消毒劑的耐藥情況,從廣西崇左市某豬場采集仔豬肛拭子樣品150份,采用常規(guī)的細菌分離方法分離沙門氏菌,運用營養(yǎng)肉湯稀釋法測定了分離菌對常用的13種抗菌藥物和4種常用消毒劑的敏感性。結果表明:150份樣品中共分離出13株沙門氏菌,分離率為8.7%;13株分離菌對鏈霉素、硫酸新霉素、乙酰甲喹、土霉素、慶大霉素有較高的耐藥性,耐藥率分別為92.3%、69.2%、61.5%、53.8%、53.8%,對頭孢曲松、頭孢他啶和磺胺間甲嘧啶鈉的耐藥率為0;多重耐藥類數(shù)最多為耐9類抗菌藥物,多重耐藥率為76.9%;13株分離菌對消毒劑百毒殺的耐藥率為23.1%,而對新潔爾滅消毒液、聚維酮碘溶液及病毒滅敏感。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the resistance of salmonella from piglets to antimicrobial agents and disinfectants, 150 samples of anal swabs were collected from a pig farm in Chongzuo city, Guangxi. Salmonella was isolated by routine bacterial isolation method. The sensitivity of isolated bacteria to 13 common antimicrobial agents and 4 common disinfectants was determined by nutrient broth dilution method. The results showed that 13 strains of salmonella were isolated from 150 samples and the isolation rate was 8.7%. 13 isolates showed high resistance to streptomycin, neomycin sulfate, methaquine, oxytetracycline and gentamicin, and the resistance rates were 92.39.2and 61.5% respectively. The resistance rate of ceftazidime and sulfadiazine sodium was 0. The number of multidrug resistance was mostly 9 kinds of antimicrobial agents, and the multidrug resistance rate of 13 isolates was 76.9%. The resistance rate of 13 isolates to disinfectants was 23.1. but it was sensitive to chlorheximide disinfectant, povidone iodine solution and virus killing.
