玉米秸稈與廢棄白菜的混合青貯品質(zhì)及產(chǎn)沼氣能力分析

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)干玉米秸稈(dried maize straw,DMS)的長時間保質(zhì)貯存,利用青貯原理將DMS與廢棄白菜(cabbage waste,CW)連續(xù)混貯90 d,設置DMS單貯組和6個不同質(zhì)量比例(DMS:CW=29:19、27:21、25:23、23:25、21:27和19:29)混貯組,間隔30 d分析其貯存品質(zhì),篩選適宜貯存條件,并考察秸稈貯存前后的微觀結(jié)構變化和產(chǎn)沼氣潛力。結(jié)果表明,與單貯組相比,6個混貯組的p H值均顯著下降(P0.05),乳酸含量顯著升高(P0.05),混貯品質(zhì)優(yōu)于單貯。6個混貯組貯存30 d時的p H值均為最低,乳酸含量最高,感官評價均為優(yōu)級,30 d后p H值有所上升,乳酸含量急劇下降,60d時的木質(zhì)素含量顯著降低(P0.05),綜纖維素含量顯著升高(P0.05)。隨著CW比例增加,混貯組p H值逐漸減小,乳酸含量逐漸增加,MEⅤ組(DMS:CW=21:27)p H值最低,乳酸含量最高,能使DMS連續(xù)貯存60 d不變質(zhì)。掃描電鏡結(jié)果顯示,青貯發(fā)酵使干秸稈原先致密復雜的木質(zhì)纖維結(jié)構開始瓦解,青貯秸稈表面有很多裂縫和孔洞,與微生物或酶的可接觸面積增加。沼氣發(fā)酵試驗表明,MEⅤ組混貯秸稈的累積產(chǎn)氣量略高于未貯存干秸稈,且累積甲烷產(chǎn)量提高了61.67%,是未貯存干秸稈的1.6倍。Modified Gompertz模型顯示混貯秸稈的甲烷生成速率增加,產(chǎn)甲烷能力提高?傊,當DMS∶CW質(zhì)量比為21∶27(含水率為73%)時DMS能連續(xù)保質(zhì)貯存2月,且貯存后秸稈的甲烷產(chǎn)量明顯提升。
[Abstract]:In order to realize long time storage of dry corn straw (dried maize straw,DMS, DMS and abandoned cabbage (cabbage waste,CW) were continuously mixed for 90 days by silage principle. The storage quality was analyzed by setting DMS single storage group and six mixed groups with different mass ratio (DMS:CW=29:19,27:21,25:23,23:25,21:27 and 19:29). The optimum storage conditions were screened, and the microstructure changes and biogas potential of straw before and after storage were investigated. The results showed that compared with the single storage group, the pH value of the six mixed groups decreased significantly (P0.05), the content of lactic acid increased significantly (P0.05), the quality of the mixed storage was better than that of the single storage group, the pH value of the six mixed groups was the lowest and the lactic acid content was the highest after 30 days of storage. Sensory evaluation was excellent. After 30 days, pH value increased, lactic acid content decreased sharply, lignin content decreased significantly at 60 days (P0.05), and holocellulose content increased significantly (P0.05).
