【摘要】：輪狀病毒通過(guò)識(shí)別細(xì)胞表面糖鏈附著于腸上皮細(xì)胞,一些腸道內(nèi)常駐菌群可以修改細(xì)胞表面糖鏈。以3種益生菌上清孵育豬小腸上皮細(xì)胞IPEC-J2,豬輪狀病毒(PRV)感染細(xì)胞。采用凝集素?zé)晒饧夹g(shù)測(cè)定各處理組IPEC-J2細(xì)胞表面半乳糖,檢測(cè)對(duì)應(yīng)輪狀病毒滴度和RV含量變化。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)照組PRV TCID_(50)·0.1 mL~(-1)為10~(-7.15±0.14),干酪乳桿菌組TCID_(50)·0.1mL~(-1)為10~(-3.875±0.125),食淀粉乳桿菌PRV TCID_(50)·0.1 mL~(-1)為10~(-4.125±0.138),枯草芽孢桿菌PRV TCID_(50)·0.1 mL~(-1)為10~(-4.16±0.144)。3組益生菌上清組在RV感染48 h內(nèi),RV量顯著低于未處理組。凝集素?zé)晒鈽?biāo)記表明,3株益生菌上清均可改變細(xì)胞表面半乳糖含量。干酪乳桿菌、食淀粉乳桿菌和枯草芽孢桿菌上清可增加IPEC-J2細(xì)胞表面半乳糖含量,提高細(xì)胞抗RV感染能力,阻斷RV黏附,保護(hù)腸道上皮細(xì)胞。
[Abstract]:Rotavirus adheres to intestinal epithelial cells by recognizing the sugar chains on the surface of the cells, and some intestinal resident bacteria can modify the sugar chains on the surface of the cells. Porcine intestinal epithelial cells (IPEC-J2,) infected with porcine rotavirus (PRV) were incubated with three probiotic supernatants.
