卷簾牛舍矮墻對舍內(nèi)清糞通道地面溫度影響的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:針對西北地區(qū)卷簾牛舍冬季地面結(jié)冰,造成奶牛行走不便、打滑、跪地甚至傷害牛蹄、乳頭,以及無法使機械刮糞系統(tǒng)正常作業(yè),影響舍內(nèi)衛(wèi)生等問題,采用計算流體力學的方法,模擬該地區(qū)6組矮墻設計方式下卷簾牛舍地面溫度場的分布,并對其中3組進行現(xiàn)場試驗驗證。結(jié)果表明,不同矮墻高度和外保溫方式對矮墻附近的地面溫度場有很大影響:1)矮墻高度對地面溫度的影響程度大于墻體保溫措施的應用,矮墻高度由0.5m增加到1.5m時,距矮墻2m范圍內(nèi)的地面溫度可提高1.0℃;2)矮墻高度與墻體保溫具有交互效應,采用1.2m矮墻加外保溫時與1.4m矮墻無外保溫時的地面溫度基本相同,綜合考慮矮墻高度和設置保溫層對夏季通風和建造成本的影響,建議采用1.2m矮墻加外保溫設計。
