【摘要】：雞新城疫是一種由雞新城疫病毒引起的高致死性禽類(lèi)傳染病,目前尚無(wú)有效的治療措施,對(duì)于中草藥抗病毒的研究,涉及雞新城疫的研究甚少。為了探索用復(fù)方中草藥治療雞新城疫的新途徑,并研究其基本治療原理,選用青木香、酸漿草、黃荊三種中草藥組成復(fù)方青木香,在安全濃度以下,分別進(jìn)行了雞成纖維細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)、雞胚培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)和雛雞臨床試驗(yàn),以探索復(fù)方青木香抗雞新城疫病毒的效果,結(jié)果與結(jié)論如下：1.在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)中,以復(fù)方青木香與雞新城疫病毒作用一段時(shí)間后再加入培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞中,其病毒抑制效果最顯著。提示：在細(xì)胞水平上,復(fù)方青木香對(duì)雞新城疫病毒的作用主要是直接滅活作用；2.在雞胚培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)中,復(fù)方青木香與雞新城疫病毒作用一段時(shí)間后加入雞胚中,對(duì)雞胚的保護(hù)率可達(dá)60%；而雞胚中先加入復(fù)方青木香,作用一段時(shí)間后再接種雞新城疫病毒,對(duì)雞胚的保護(hù)率也可達(dá)36%；而先接種病毒后加入復(fù)方青木香則對(duì)雞胚沒(méi)有保護(hù)作用。提示：復(fù)方青木香對(duì)雞胚的保護(hù)作用,主要是由于其對(duì)新城疫病毒的直接抑制作用而引起的；其次,其對(duì)雞胚的抵抗力也有一定的提高作用。3.在雛雞臨床試驗(yàn)中,用含量8.3%的復(fù)方青木香混飼,結(jié)果顯示：復(fù)方青木香飼喂雛雞1w后人工發(fā)病,保護(hù)率100%；雛雞人工發(fā)病的同時(shí),飼喂復(fù)方青木香,保護(hù)率高于40%；而人工發(fā)病出現(xiàn)癥狀后飼喂復(fù)方青木香,雛雞全部死亡。提示：復(fù)方青木香能提高雛雞對(duì)雞新城疫的抵抗力,但對(duì)雞新城疫病雞療效甚微。
[Abstract]:Newcastle disease (NDV) is a highly lethal avian infectious disease caused by Newcastle disease virus (NDV). There is no effective treatment at present. In order to explore a new way to treat Newcastle disease of chicken with compound Chinese herbal medicine, and to study its basic therapeutic principle, three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were selected to make up compound green wood incense under the safe concentration. Chicken fibroblast culture test, chicken embryo culture test and chicken clinical trial were carried out respectively to explore the effect of compound Astragalus chinensis on Newcastle disease virus. The results and conclusions are as follows: 1. In the cell culture test, the virus inhibition effect was the most obvious when the virus was added to the cultured cells after a period of contact with the chicken Newcastle disease virus (NDV). It is suggested that the effect of compound Cymbalanthus chinensis on Newcastle disease virus is mainly direct inactivation at cell level. In the experiment of chicken embryo culture, the protective rate of chicken embryo could be up to 605% by adding compound Acanthopsis chinensis to chicken embryo after a period of contact with Newcastle disease virus, and then inoculated with Newcastle disease virus after a period of time, and then inoculated with chicken Newcastle disease virus. The protective rate of chicken embryo was also up to 36%, but inoculated with the virus and then added with compound Astragalus chinensis had no protective effect on chicken embryo. It is suggested that the protective effect of compound Cyclobalanthus chinensis on chicken embryo is mainly caused by its direct inhibition on Newcastle disease virus, and secondly, its resistance to chicken embryo can also be improved by .3.The results indicate that the protective effect of compound Cyclobalanthus compound on chicken embryo is mainly due to its direct inhibitory effect on Newcastle disease virus (NDV). In the clinical trial of chicks, the results showed that the chicks were fed with compound Cymbalanthus chinensis (8.3%) for 1 week, and the protective rate was 100%, and the protective rate was higher than that of 40% when the chicks were fed with compound Cymbalanthus chinensis at the same time. But after the artificial disease appeared symptom, the chicks all died. The results suggest that compound Astragalus chinensis can improve the resistance of chicks to Newcastle disease, but it has little effect on Newcastle disease chickens.
