【摘要】：毛蕊花糖苷是一種苯乙醇苷類物質(zhì),在自然界多種植物內(nèi)廣泛存在。眾多研究表明毛蕊花糖苷能改善動物的肉質(zhì)和乳品質(zhì),提高動物生產(chǎn)性能。本文綜述了毛蕊花糖苷的抗氧化作用、抗炎作用等生物學(xué)功能,總結(jié)了毛蕊花糖苷最新的提取工藝以及定量定性分析方法,介紹了其在動物生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用,旨在為毛蕊花糖苷在動物生產(chǎn)中的進一步應(yīng)用提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Rulein is a kind of phenylethanoside, which is widely found in many plants in nature. Many studies have shown that Rulein can improve the meat quality and milk quality of animals and improve the performance of animals. In this paper, the biological functions such as antioxidation and anti-inflammatory effect of Corlein were reviewed, and the latest extraction technology and quantitative qualitative analysis method were summarized, and its application in animal production was introduced. The aim is to provide help for the further application of Rutherin in animal production.
