【摘要】：為了解新疆伊犁地區(qū)的馬鼻肺炎、馬腺疫及馬流產(chǎn)沙門菌病的流行現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),本研究從新疆伊犁地區(qū)養(yǎng)馬最為集中的10個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和3個(gè)國(guó)有馬場(chǎng)采集了818份血清樣品。分別采用ELISA法和微量凝集法進(jìn)行馬皰疹病毒(EHV)、馬腺疫鏈球菌(S.equi)和馬流產(chǎn)沙門菌(S.abortus)的抗體檢測(cè),并應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法從年齡、性別、地域及養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模等方面對(duì)影響這3種病感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了分析。檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示該地區(qū)EHV抗體陽(yáng)性率為28.85%,S.equi抗體陽(yáng)性率為24.69%,S.abortus抗體陽(yáng)性率為25.31%。性別和年齡對(duì)馬鼻肺炎感染影響顯著(p0.05)。地域和年齡對(duì)馬鏈球菌抗體陽(yáng)性率的影響顯著(p0.05);地域?qū)︸R流產(chǎn)沙門菌抗體陽(yáng)性率的影響顯著(p0.05)。馬皰疹病毒(EHV)和馬腺疫鏈球菌(S.equi)的混合感染率較高。本研究為新疆地區(qū)馬的這3種傳染病有效防控提供了調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the epidemic status and characteristics of equine nasal pneumonia, horse adenosis and horse abortion salmonella in Yili, Xinjiang, 818 serum samples were collected from 10 towns and 3 state-owned horse farms in Yili, Xinjiang. ELISA method and microagglutination method were used to detect the antibodies against (EHV), (EHV), streptococcus equine (S.equi) and Salmonella equina (S.abortus) respectively. The risk factors affecting these three diseases were analyzed in terms of region and scale of breeding. The results showed that the positive rate of EHV antibody in this area was 28.85 and the positive rate of S. equi antibody was 24.69 and the positive rate of S. abortus antibody was 25.31. Sex and age had significant influence on infection of equine nasal pneumonia (p0.05). The influence of area and age on the positive rate of Streptococcus equine antibody was significant (p0.05), and the positive rate of Salmonella equine was significantly affected by region (p0.05). The mixed infection rate of equine herpesvirus (EHV) and S.equi is higher. This study provides investigation data for the effective prevention and control of these three infectious diseases in horses in Xinjiang.
