【摘要】：研究牛至精油對奶牛產(chǎn)后子宮感染預(yù)防、子宮復(fù)舊的作用及對產(chǎn)后發(fā)情的影響,為奶牛產(chǎn)后護(hù)理和合理安排配種提供依據(jù)。將新產(chǎn)犢后的荷斯坦奶牛分為試驗A組(子宮投放牛至精油)和B組(對照組),測定其部分繁殖及血液生理指標(biāo)。結(jié)果顯示:A組奶牛的宮頸黏液、直腸檢查評分均顯著高于B組,血液中白細(xì)胞和中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù)顯著低于B組,其產(chǎn)后15和30d時血液白細(xì)胞數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù)、淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞數(shù)和血紅蛋白濃度均顯著低于產(chǎn)后0d的水平(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明:牛至精油可殺滅一定數(shù)量的病原菌并可預(yù)防持續(xù)感染,有利于奶牛產(chǎn)后子宮復(fù)舊及提早發(fā)情,建議在奶牛生產(chǎn)中酌量使用。
[Abstract]:To study the effect of the essential oil of oregano on the prevention of postpartum uterine infection, the restoration of uterus and the influence of postpartum estrus on postpartum oestrus of dairy cows, which provides the basis for postpartum nursing and reasonable arrangement of breeding. The Holstein cows after calving were divided into two groups: group A (uterus with essential oil) and group B (control group). The results showed that the cervical mucus and rectum examination scores in group A were significantly higher than those in group B, and the number of white blood cells and neutrophils in group B was significantly lower than that in group B. the number of white blood cells, neutrophils and lymphocytes in group B was significantly lower than that in group B at 15 and 30 days postpartum. Erythrocyte count and hemoglobin concentration were significantly lower than those of 0 d postpartum (P0.05). The results showed that the essential oil of oregano could kill a certain number of pathogenic bacteria and prevent continuous infection, which was beneficial to the recovery of uterus after delivery and early estrus.
