【摘要】：在動(dòng)物體內(nèi),葡萄糖具有重要的生理作用。糖代謝在動(dòng)物能量代謝中處于重要的核心地位�，F(xiàn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系大多建立在能量指標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)上,忽視了糖代謝在能量代謝中的核心地位,割裂了能量代謝和物質(zhì)代謝的緊密聯(lián)系,具有很強(qiáng)的表觀(guān)性和局限性,有待于進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。本文介紹了以代謝葡萄糖(MG)、代謝蛋白質(zhì)(MP)和代謝生脂物質(zhì)(MLS)為基礎(chǔ)的物質(zhì)指標(biāo)體系的理論框架及其在豬的營(yíng)養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)上的研究進(jìn)展,為構(gòu)建豬可代謝營(yíng)養(yǎng)評(píng)定新體系進(jìn)行了初步的探索。
[Abstract]:Glucose plays an important physiological role in animals. Glucose metabolism plays an important role in animal energy metabolism. The current nutrition evaluation index system is mostly based on the energy index, neglecting the core position of the glucose metabolism in the energy metabolism, separating the close relation between the energy metabolism and the substance metabolism, which has strong apparent and limitation. Further development is needed. This paper introduces the theoretical framework of the material index system based on the metabolism of glucose (MG), metabolizing protein (MP) and the metabolizing lipids (MLS) and its research progress in the evaluation of pig nutrition. In order to construct a new system for evaluation of metabolic nutrition in pigs, a preliminary exploration was carried out.
