【摘要】：氧化鋅(Zn O)是斷奶仔豬生長發(fā)育所必需的微量元素之一,添加高劑量的氧化鋅能夠更好促進(jìn)仔豬的健康。同時(shí)具有提高采食量和免疫力、改變腸道微生物多樣性和維持腸上皮屏障功能的完整性等多種生物學(xué)功能,在養(yǎng)豬生產(chǎn)上具有積極的意義。高劑量氧化鋅(高鋅)雖然在斷奶仔豬日糧中的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)十分普遍,但長期或超劑量使用也會(huì)帶來較大的負(fù)面影響,如環(huán)境污染和后期生長抑制等,另外氧化鋅作為抗生素替代品在斷奶仔豬營養(yǎng)中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用,目前在斷奶仔豬日糧中添加高濃度的氧化鋅呈現(xiàn)逐步增長的趨勢。因此,文章綜述了高劑量氧化鋅對斷奶仔豬腸道屏障功能影響的重要性。
[Abstract]:Zinc oxide (Zn O) is one of the essential trace elements for the growth and development of weaned piglets. The addition of high doses of zinc oxide can improve the health of piglets. At the same time, it has many biological functions, such as improving feed intake and immunity, changing the diversity of intestinal microorganism and maintaining the integrity of intestinal epithelial barrier function, which has positive significance in pig production. Although high dose zinc oxide has been widely used in weaning piglets, long-term or overdose use of zinc oxide can also bring negative effects, such as environmental pollution and late growth inhibition, etc. In addition, zinc oxide as a substitute for antibiotics plays an important role in weaning piglets' nutrition. At present, adding high concentration of zinc oxide to weaning piglets' diets is increasing gradually. Therefore, the importance of high-dose zinc oxide on intestinal barrier function in weaned piglets was reviewed.
