【摘要】：為鑒定死亡白頰長臂猿肝臟中分離的細菌,本試驗采用16SrRNA比對的方法對該細菌菌種的鑒定。莢膜群的鑒定方法采用PCR法,藥敏試驗采用紙片法,毒力試驗采用皮下注射小鼠和SD大鼠的方法。結(jié)果顯示:細菌為莢膜F群多殺性巴氏桿菌,敏感的藥物有多黏菌素B、恩諾沙星、氟苯尼考、氟哌酸、復(fù)方新諾明、環(huán)丙沙星、甲砜霉素、利福平、強力霉素、頭孢唑啉、氧氟沙星、壯觀霉素、左氧氟沙星和四環(huán)素等。該菌能致死小鼠和SD大鼠。結(jié)果表明:從死亡白頰長臂猿肝臟中分離到的細菌是有毒力的莢膜F群多殺性巴氏桿菌。
[Abstract]:In order to identify the bacteria isolated from the liver of dead white cheek gibbon, 16S rRNA comparison was used to identify the bacteria. PCR method was used to identify the capsule group, disk method was used to test the drug susceptibility, subcutaneous injection of mice and SD rats were used to test the virulence. The results showed that the bacteria were Pasteurella multocida F group, sensitive. The susceptible drugs were polymyxin B, enrofloxacin, florfenicol, norfloxacin, trimethoprim, ciprofloxacin, thiamphenicol, rifampicin, doxycycline, cefazolin, ofloxacin, spectinomycin, levofloxacin and tetracycline. The bacteria could kill mice and SD rats. It is a virulent capsule F group of Pasteurella multocida.
