【摘要】：為準(zhǔn)確掌握漢中市規(guī)模豬場使用量最大的兩種豬瘟疫苗在實際應(yīng)用中的免疫效果,在規(guī)模豬場選擇4窩體質(zhì)健康、體重接近的仔豬,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組10頭,分別接種豬瘟脾淋苗和細(xì)胞苗,采用IHA方法檢測免疫接種前后抗體效價。結(jié)果顯示,用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)劑量免疫后,2種疫苗都不能對豬群產(chǎn)生保護(hù)作用,用2頭份劑量在仔豬30日齡首免,首免后28d加強(qiáng)免疫,2種疫苗都能對豬群產(chǎn)生很好的保護(hù)作用,能滿足預(yù)防豬瘟疫病的需要,同時豬瘟脾淋苗免疫后刺激機(jī)體產(chǎn)生抗體的速度快,可用于緊急免疫接種。廣大養(yǎng)殖戶可以根據(jù)實際情況,科學(xué)合理選擇使用豬瘟疫苗。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately grasp the immune effect of the two kinds of swine fever vaccine in the largest pig farm of Hanzhoung in the actual application, 4 litters of piglets with close weight were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group was randomly divided into 4 groups, each group was inoculated with swine fever spleen drenched seedlings and cell seedlings respectively. The antibody titers before and after immunization were detected by IHA method. The results showed that the antibody titers were detected before and after immunization. After immunization with the standard dose, the 2 vaccines can not protect the pigs, with 2 doses at 30 days of age of the piglets and the first immunization after the first exempting 28d. The 2 vaccines can have a good protective effect on the pigs, and can meet the needs of preventing the disease of the swine fever. At the same time, the vaccine can stimulate the body to produce the antibody quickly after the swine fever spleen vaccine is immune. For the purpose of emergency immunization, the majority of farmers can choose the CSFV vaccine scientifically and rationally according to the actual situation.
