不同留種策略下基因輔助BLUP的選擇效果

【摘要】:為揭示基因輔助最佳線性無偏預測(BLUP)方法在不同留種策略下的選擇效果,在假定目標數(shù)量性狀同時受1個雙等位基因QTL和多基因共同控制的前提下,模擬了在一個閉鎖群體(10頭公畜、190頭母畜)內采用標記輔助BLUP連續(xù)選擇10代的情形。選擇試驗共考慮了3種留種策略:策略Ⅰ僅根據(jù)個體估計育種值(EBV)高低留種;策略Ⅱ在每個公畜家系內選留EBV最高的1頭公畜和19頭母畜;策略Ⅲ在每個公畜家系內選留1頭EBV最高的公畜,在每個母畜家系內選留EBV最高的1頭母畜。結果表明,留種策略Ⅰ的遺傳進展(包括QTL基因型值和多基因育種值進展)最高,QTL增效等位基因頻率上升速度最快,其次為策略Ⅱ,策略Ⅲ的遺傳進展最低,QTL增效等位基因頻率上升最慢;不同留種策略下的群體近交系數(shù)總體上呈現(xiàn)策略Ⅰ策略Ⅱ策略Ⅲ的規(guī)律,但策略Ⅱ的群體近交系數(shù)與策略Ⅲ接近且遠低于策略Ⅰ。在育種實踐中實施基因輔助BLUP選擇時,策略Ⅱ既能保證較高的遺傳進展,又能有效控制近交,因而不失為一種理想的留種策略。
