【摘要】：為了對疑似豬接觸傳染性胸膜肺炎的病死豬肺臟進行胸膜肺炎放線桿菌(APP)的分離鑒定,并研究其生物學特性,通過形態(tài)學及培養(yǎng)特性觀察、生化試驗、PCR方法對分離菌株進行了鑒定,并對APP分離株進行了NAD依賴試驗生物學分型、PCR方法血清學分型、PFGE基因分型以及K-B紙片法藥敏試驗。結果顯示,共分離到16株APP,源自兩省三地的APP分離株具有一致的形態(tài)學特征和相似的生化特性。9株福建分離菌均為生物Ⅱ型,其PFGE基因型均為Pa4;7株安徽分離菌均為生物I型,其中6株為血清型12型,菌株FD1402的PFGE基因型為Pa2,其余5株APP菌株的PFGE基因型為Pa1,剩余1株為血清型3型,其PFGE基因型為Pa3。藥敏試驗結果顯示,對18種常用抗菌藥中的環(huán)丙沙星、諾氟沙星、氟苯尼考,安徽株均100%敏感,福建株依次為88.9%、77.8%和66.7%敏感;所有分離株對其他15種藥物均表現(xiàn)出不同程度的耐藥。上述結果表明,不同來源APP菌株的生物學特性較為一致。血清型12型是安徽省APP的主要流行血清型之一。APP分離株的PFGE基因型與血清型、生物型之間無明顯的相關性。
[Abstract]:In order to isolate and identify Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (app) from the lungs of pigs suspected to be exposed to infectious pleural pneumonia, and to study its biological characteristics, morphological and cultural characteristics were observed. Biochemistry test and PCR method were used to identify the isolated strains, and NAD dependent biological typing was carried out for app isolates. The serological typing was performed by PCR method, and the PFGE genotyping and K-B disk method drug sensitivity test were also carried out.
