飼糧中配合橡膠籽餅對蛋雞生產性能及蛋品質的影響

【摘要】:為了解橡膠籽餅對蛋雞生產性能及蛋品質的影響,選取25周齡健康海蘭褐蛋雞72只,隨機分為6個組,每個組設4個重復,每個重復3只雞,對照組飼喂玉米-豆粕型基礎飼糧,試驗Ⅰ~Ⅴ組飼糧分別配合5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的橡膠籽餅,各組飼糧營養(yǎng)水平一致,試驗期16周。結果顯示:與對照組相比,試驗Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組日采食量顯著增高(P0.05),其他3個組差異不顯著(P0.05);除試驗Ⅰ組外,其余試驗組料蛋比顯著增高(P0.05);除試驗Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組外,其余試驗組平均蛋重均顯著降低(P0.05);除試驗Ⅰ和Ⅴ組外,其余試驗組蛋殼厚度顯著增加(P0.05);所有試驗組蛋雞體重、產蛋率、蛋黃重、蛋黃比、蛋形指數、蛋殼比和蛋殼重無顯著差異(P0.05)。研究結果表明,飼糧中配合5%~10%橡膠仔餅不影響蛋雞體重、產蛋率,但隨配合比例的提高,蛋雞采食量和蛋殼厚度增加,料蛋比呈現上升趨勢,平均蛋重和腹脂率呈現下降趨勢,雞蛋品質不受影響。
