【摘要】：為了研究黃芪多糖緩解肉牛短途運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激的效果,選擇15頭(12月齡、體重250kg左右)健康西門(mén)塔爾雜交肉牛,隨機(jī)分至對(duì)照組、運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激組和黃芪多糖處理組中,每組5頭牛,黃芪多糖處理組牛給予10g/(d·頭)的黃芪多糖,運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激組和黃芪多糖處理組進(jìn)行3h的60km/h模擬公路運(yùn)輸。運(yùn)輸前1d及運(yùn)輸后1、7d采集所有試驗(yàn)牛的血樣,測(cè)定相關(guān)生化指標(biāo),同時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)肉牛日增重和發(fā)病率。結(jié)果表明,運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激組肉牛血清Na+在運(yùn)輸后1d顯著升高(P0.05),對(duì)照組和黃芪多糖處理組在試驗(yàn)期間各時(shí)間點(diǎn)血清Na+、K+、Ca2+和Cl-無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激組在運(yùn)輸后1、7d的Na+/K+-ATP酶活性均極顯著低于運(yùn)輸前1d(P0.01),血清SOD活性、GSH-Px活性均顯著低于運(yùn)輸前1d(P0.05),運(yùn)輸后1、7d血清MDA含量均顯著高于運(yùn)輸前1d(P0.05),對(duì)照組和黃芪多糖處理組上述指標(biāo)在試驗(yàn)期間均無(wú)顯著變化(P0.05);對(duì)照組和黃芪多糖處理組運(yùn)輸后7d平均日增重均極顯著高于運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激組(P0.01),黃芪多糖處理組的呼吸道和消化道發(fā)病率均低于運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激組。綜上,黃芪多糖對(duì)肉牛短途運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激防治具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides on alleviating the short haul stress of beef cattle, 15 healthy Simmental crossbred beef cattle were selected and randomly divided into control group. In the transport stress group and astragalus polysaccharide treatment group, 5 cows in each group and astragalus polysaccharides treated group cattle were given Astragalus Polysaccharides in 10g/ (D head), and the transport stress group and Astragalus were more than that of Astragalus. The sugar treatment group carried out the 60km/h simulated highway transportation of 3H. Before transportation, 1D and 1,7d after transportation were used to collect all the blood samples of the test cattle and determine the biochemical indexes, and the daily weight gain and incidence of beef cattle were also measured. The results showed that the Na+ of beef serum in the transport stress group increased significantly after transport (P0.05), and the control group and the astragalus polysaccharide treatment group were in the test period. There was no significant difference in serum Na+, K+, Ca2+ and Cl- at the time point (P0.05). The Na+/K+-ATP enzyme activity of 1,7d in the transport stress group was significantly lower than that before transport 1D (P0.01), the activity of SOD and GSH-Px activity were significantly lower than that before transportation. The average daily weight gain of 7D in the control group and astragalus polysaccharide treatment group was significantly higher than that in the transport stress group (P0.01), and the incidence of respiratory and digestive tract in the astragalus polysaccharide treatment group was lower than that in the transport stress group.
