【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究香甜鮮復(fù)合誘食劑和香甜復(fù)合物誘食劑配合使用對(duì)仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)、養(yǎng)分表觀消化率及糞便微生物數(shù)量的影響。選取8窩7日齡的大白仔豬,隨機(jī)分為2個(gè)組,每個(gè)組4個(gè)重復(fù),2個(gè)組分別用基礎(chǔ)教槽料(對(duì)照組)和添加2 kg/t香甜鮮復(fù)合誘食劑的試驗(yàn)教槽料進(jìn)行教槽訓(xùn)練。21日齡斷奶時(shí)飼喂3 d粥狀料過(guò)度(采食量無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì))。然后,分別在2個(gè)組中選取28頭體重相近、體況良好的24日齡仔豬,每個(gè)組4個(gè)重復(fù),繼續(xù)飼喂相應(yīng)教槽料。仔豬37日齡時(shí)更換保育料,對(duì)照組仍為基礎(chǔ)保育料,試驗(yàn)組在基礎(chǔ)保育料基礎(chǔ)上添加0.8 kg/t香甜復(fù)合誘食劑,直至試驗(yàn)結(jié)束。試驗(yàn)期59 d。結(jié)果表明:1)經(jīng)過(guò)前期教槽訓(xùn)練,與對(duì)照組相比,教槽料中添加香甜鮮復(fù)合誘食劑能顯著提高斷奶仔豬的平均日采食量(P0.10),顯著降低血清中胰高血糖素樣肽-1的含量(P0.10)。2)在保育階段,與對(duì)照組相比,保育料中添加香甜復(fù)合誘食劑能顯著提高斷奶仔豬的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P0.10)。綜合分析,2種復(fù)合誘食劑在仔豬教槽料和保育料中配合應(yīng)用可以提高仔豬的生長(zhǎng)性能,對(duì)糞便微生物菌群和養(yǎng)分表觀消化率沒(méi)有影響。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of combination of sweet and fresh compound food attractant and sweet compound food attractant on growth performance, serum biochemical index, apparent nutrient digestibility and fecal microbial quantity of piglets. Eight litters of 7-day-old large white piglets were randomly divided into two groups. Each group was repeated four times, and two groups were fed with the basic teaching trough material (control group) and the experiment of adding 2 kg/t sweet fresh compound food inducer to the teaching trough training. After weaning for 21 days, the porridge was overfed for 3 days (there was no statistic of feed intake). Then, 28 24 day-old piglets with similar body weight and good health were selected from two groups, each group with 4 repeated piglets. When piglets were 37 days old, the control group was still the basic preservative, and the experimental group added 0.8 kg/t sweet compound food attractant until the end of the experiment. The experimental period was 59 days. The results showed that the average daily feed intake (P0.10) of weaned piglets was significantly increased by adding sweet fresh compound food attractant to the teaching trough, and the content of glucagon like peptide 1 (P0.10) in serum was significantly decreased (P0.10) at the stage of conservation, compared with the control group, the results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake (P0.10) of weaning piglets was significantly increased. Compared with the control group, the average daily intake and average daily gain (P0.10) of weaned piglets were significantly increased by adding sweet compound food attractant to the preservative diet. It was comprehensively analyzed that the application of two kinds of compound trapping agents in the teaching and conservation feed of piglets could improve the growth performance of piglets, and had no effect on faecal microflora and apparent digestibility of nutrients.
