【摘要】：獸藥在防治動(dòng)物疫病、提高養(yǎng)殖效益、保障公共衛(wèi)生安全中發(fā)揮著重要作用,隨著公眾對(duì)公共衛(wèi)生安全、食品安全要求的逐步提高,我國(guó)獸藥管理領(lǐng)域面臨殘留監(jiān)控、產(chǎn)業(yè)監(jiān)管、耐藥性管控等多重挑戰(zhàn)。本文簡(jiǎn)要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家獸藥監(jiān)管模式及法律基礎(chǔ),并結(jié)合我國(guó)獸藥管理實(shí)際進(jìn)行了比較研究,提出了進(jìn)一步完善獸藥管理體制的意見(jiàn)建議。
[Abstract]:Veterinary drugs play an important role in the prevention and control of animal epidemic disease, improve the efficiency of breeding, and ensure public health safety. With the gradual improvement of public health safety and food safety requirements, the field of veterinary medicine management in China is faced with residual monitoring. Industry regulation, drug resistance control and other multiple challenges. This paper briefly introduces the supervision mode and legal basis of veterinary drugs in developed countries, and makes a comparative study on the management practice of veterinary drugs in China, and puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the management system of veterinary drugs.
