【摘要】：犬尿石癥是一種會(huì)導(dǎo)致犬的尿路黏膜出血、發(fā)炎和堵塞的泌尿系統(tǒng)疾病,是由于無(wú)機(jī)鹽類的結(jié)晶在尿路中形成了凝結(jié)物,從而刺激尿路黏膜所引發(fā)。近年來(lái),隨著人們生活水平的提高,寵物飼養(yǎng)在我國(guó)越來(lái)越多,而犬所占的飼養(yǎng)比例較大,犬尿石癥常有發(fā)生,并時(shí)有因結(jié)石導(dǎo)致死亡的病例。該病的主要發(fā)病部位有膀胱、尿道、腎盂和輸尿管。犬尿石癥的發(fā)生與患犬的年齡、性別、品種等有一定關(guān)系,通過(guò)臨床檢查及影像學(xué)檢查,可對(duì)該病進(jìn)行確診。保守治療可根據(jù)發(fā)病情況去選擇用藥,也可選擇手術(shù)治療來(lái)解決患犬的病痛。本文收集了2010年5月至2014年5月間,太原博愛(ài)寵物醫(yī)院和太原惠心寵物醫(yī)院收治的58例犬尿結(jié)石病例作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)病例進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn):發(fā)病的臨床癥狀主要為腹痛(28例)、尿頻(30例);膀胱結(jié)石(25例)、尿道結(jié)石(18例)和腎結(jié)石(10例)多發(fā);常見(jiàn)于5~9年齡犬只(39例)的京巴犬(14例)、貴婦犬(12例)和博美犬(6例);發(fā)病與季節(jié)和飲食有關(guān)。58例犬尿結(jié)石病例臨床上普遍表現(xiàn)尿頻、尿淋漓、尿痛和尿血等癥狀,懷疑為尿石癥,尿道觸診檢查到堅(jiān)硬的結(jié)石、X光照片上看到高密度的影像和B超檢查中有強(qiáng)的回聲,并且有偽影就可確診患尿石癥,并能確定結(jié)石的大小及發(fā)病部位。58例病例通過(guò)觸診確診21例,通過(guò)X線檢查確診49例,只通過(guò)B超檢查確診9例。治療時(shí),對(duì)于結(jié)石顆粒比小的,可以通過(guò)改變尿液酸堿程度,溶解結(jié)石的病例,采取消炎、利尿、酸化或堿化尿液等手段進(jìn)行保守治療,共治療30例,治愈16例,治療效果不良,改用手術(shù)診療11例。手術(shù)共治療39例,治愈18例,有6例復(fù)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Canine urolithiasis is a urinary tract disease that causes bleeding, inflammation and clogging in the dog's urinary tract. It is caused by the crystallization of inorganic salts in the urinary tract, which stimulates the urinary tract mucosa. In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, more and more pets are raised in our country, and the feeding proportion of dogs is larger. Urolithiasis often occurs in dogs with cases of death caused by stones. The main site of the disease is bladder, urethra, renal pelvis and ureter. The occurrence of ureteral disease in dogs is related to the age, sex, and variety of the dog. The disease can be confirmed by clinical examination and imaging examination. Conservative treatment may be based on the incidence of the disease. In this article, 58 cases of canine urinary calculi admitted from May 2010 to May 2014, Taiyuan Bo love pet hospital and Taiyuan Huixin pet hospital were selected as the research object. The cases were summarized and concluded that the main clinical symptoms of the disease were abdominal pain (28 cases) and frequency of urine (30 cases).
