【摘要】：試驗(yàn)旨在探究實(shí)際飼養(yǎng)條件下由十二指腸瘺管灌注不同必需氨基酸溶液對(duì)哈薩克羊羔羊氮平衡及血漿尿素氮(plasma urea nitrogen,PUN)的影響。選取5只體況良好、4月齡、體重為(29.40±1.76)kg的哈薩克羊公羔羊,安裝永久性十二指腸近端瘺管,代謝籠內(nèi)單籠飼養(yǎng)。采用5×5拉丁方設(shè)計(jì),即不含氨基酸組(對(duì)照組)、包含8種必需氨基酸的全灌注組(8EAA)、剔除賴氨酸組(-Lys)、剔除精氨酸組(-Arg)及剔除蛋氨酸組(-Met),處理組采用隨機(jī)過(guò)程進(jìn)行分配,每期7d。結(jié)果顯示,與對(duì)照組相比,8EAA組糞氮排出量差異不顯著(P0.05),而尿氮、氮表觀消化率、氮沉積和PUN濃度都顯著升高(P0.05)。與8EAA相比,-Arg、-Met、-Lys組氮沉積均顯著降低(P0.05),分別降低30.62%、11.56%、12.99%,日增重分別下降13.89%、7.78%、6.58%,但差異不顯著(P0.05),PUN濃度也有升高的趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明,實(shí)際育肥條件下Arg、Met、Lys對(duì)哈薩克育肥羔羊有限制性作用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different essential amino acid solutions infused from duodenal fistula on nitrogen balance and plasma urea nitrogen (plasma urea nitrogen bun) in Kazak lamb. Five Kazakh male lambs with a body weight of (29.40 鹵1.76) kg were selected to install a permanent proximal duodenal fistula, and were fed in a single cage in a metabolic cage. A 5 脳 5 Latin square design was used, namely, the control group without amino acids, the total perfusion group with 8 essential amino acids (8EAA), the Lys group (-Lys), the arginine excluding arginine group (-Arg) and the methionine group (Met). The treatment group was allocated by random process for 7 days. The results showed that there was no significant difference in excretion of fecal nitrogen (P0.05), but urinary nitrogen, apparent nitrogen digestibility, nitrogen deposition and the concentration of bun were significantly increased (P0.05). Compared with 8EAA group, the nitrogen deposition in group C was significantly decreased (P0.05), decreased by 30.62U 11.56 and 12.99g, and the daily gain decreased by 13.89g / 7.78 / 6.58, respectively, but the difference was not significant (P0.05) and the concentration of bun also increased. The results showed that Argimet Metalys had a restrictive effect on the fattening of Kazakh lambs under the condition of actual fattening.
