【摘要】：為了研究博落回及其提取物對(duì)哺乳母豬生產(chǎn)性能的影響,選用體重、胎次、預(yù)產(chǎn)期相近的杜長(zhǎng)大三元雜交母豬30頭,隨機(jī)分為3組,分別飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧(對(duì)照組)、基礎(chǔ)日糧+40mg/kg博落回提取物(提取物組)、基礎(chǔ)日糧+40mg/kg博落回全粉(全粉組)。結(jié)果表明,與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組母豬哺乳期日采食量顯著提高(P0.05),背膘厚度無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組仔豬初生窩重均顯著提高,但只有提取物組的仔豬初生均重及5、21日齡窩重和母豬帶仔數(shù)顯著提高(P0.05);全粉組仔豬腹瀉率顯著降低(P0.05),提取物組也有所降低,且提取物組無(wú)死淘。因此,博落回及其提取物可增加哺乳期母豬日采食量,提高母豬窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和仔豬窩重,降低仔豬腹瀉率。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of Borgesia and its extract on the performance of lactating sows, 30 Dudang three Yuan crossbred sows with similar body weight, birth order and expected delivery date were randomly divided into 3 groups. The rats were fed basal diet (control group), basal diet 40mg/kg extract (extract group) and basal diet 40mg/kg (whole meal group). The results showed that, compared with the control group, the daily feed intake of the sows in the experimental group was significantly increased (P0.05), but the backfat thickness was not significantly different (P0.05), and the litter weight of the piglets in the experimental group was significantly increased. However, the average birth weight, litter weight and litter size of sows were significantly increased in the extract group (P0.05), the diarrhea rate in the whole powder group was significantly lower (P0.05), and that in the extract group was also decreased, and there was no Amoy death in the extract group. Therefore, the corpuscle and its extract could increase daily feed intake, increase litter size and litter weight, and reduce diarrhea rate of piglets during lactation period.
