抗菌肽在豬生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)期使用甚至濫用抗生素的嚴(yán)重現(xiàn)象,研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品替代抗生素已迫在眉睫?咕囊蚩咕V廣、無(wú)耐藥、無(wú)殘留,還能提高機(jī)體免疫力等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在養(yǎng)殖畜牧業(yè)具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文旨在將抗菌肽和傳統(tǒng)抗菌藥進(jìn)行比較,特別是在豬生產(chǎn)上的應(yīng)用,分析抗菌肽應(yīng)用中的優(yōu)勢(shì)與作用特點(diǎn)并對(duì)其前景進(jìn)行展望;探究抗菌肽在豬生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用的可行性,比較在母豬妊娠后期和斷奶仔豬日糧中添加不同劑量抗菌肽所產(chǎn)生的效果,尋求這兩個(gè)生產(chǎn)階段應(yīng)用抗菌肽的最佳劑量,我們進(jìn)行了本次實(shí)驗(yàn)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)分別在妊娠后期母豬日糧基礎(chǔ)上添加3%、5%的抗菌肽,與飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧的對(duì)照A組一起進(jìn)行為期40天的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),觀察比較試驗(yàn)期間三組母豬的便秘情況、繁殖性能等;在仔豬達(dá)30日齡時(shí)進(jìn)行斷奶,再分別在對(duì)應(yīng)仔豬日糧中添加3%、5%的抗菌肽,與飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧的對(duì)照B組一起進(jìn)行為期30天的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),觀察比較三組斷奶仔豬的生長(zhǎng)性能、腹瀉情況、抵抗力、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等。結(jié)果表明,抗菌肽可減少母豬在妊娠后期便秘的發(fā)生率,但效果不顯著(P0.05);可顯著增加仔豬出生重、平均產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)、平均產(chǎn)健仔數(shù)和健仔率(P0.05),但添加量在3%與5%時(shí)對(duì)仔豬以上參數(shù)無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05);唯獨(dú)添加3%抗菌肽時(shí)可顯著提高母豬產(chǎn)仔數(shù)(P0.05),添加5%抗菌肽時(shí)對(duì)母豬產(chǎn)仔數(shù)無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。抗菌肽可顯著提高斷奶仔豬體重和日增重(P0.05),顯著降低動(dòng)物的日采食量和料肉比(P0.05),但抗菌肽添加量在3%與5%時(shí)對(duì)斷奶仔豬的體重?zé)o顯著性差異(P0.05);無(wú)論抗菌肽添加量在3%、5%時(shí),仔豬血清中抗體陽(yáng)性率均比對(duì)照組高,差異顯著(P0.05);經(jīng)計(jì)算日糧中添加抗菌肽還可以顯著提高養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效益(P0.05)。這些實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為在豬生產(chǎn)中科學(xué)使用抗菌肽提供有力依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the serious phenomenon of long-term use and even abuse of antibiotics in livestock farms, it is urgent to develop new products instead of antibiotics. Because of its wide antibacterial spectrum, no drug resistance, no residue, and so on, antimicrobial peptides can improve the immunity of the body, so it has a broad application prospect in raising animal husbandry. The purpose of this paper is to compare antibacterial peptides with traditional antimicrobial drugs, especially in pig production, to analyze the advantages and characteristics of antimicrobial peptide application and to prospect its future, and to explore the feasibility of the application of antimicrobial peptide in pig production. To compare the effects of different doses of antimicrobial peptides in the diets of sows in late pregnancy and weaning, and to find out the best dosage of antimicrobial peptides in these two stages of production, we conducted this experiment. In this experiment, we added 3 5% antimicrobial peptides to the diet of later pregnant sows, and carried out the feeding experiment for 40 days together with the control group A which was fed the basal diet. The constipation and reproductive performance of the three groups were observed and compared during the trial. After weaning at 30 days of age, the piglets were fed with 3 5% antimicrobial peptides in the diets of the corresponding piglets for 30 days. The growth performance of the weaned piglets was observed and compared with that of the control group B, which was fed the basal diet for 30 days. Diarrhea, resistance, economic benefits, etc. The results showed that antimicrobial peptide could reduce the incidence of constipation in sows in late pregnancy, but the effect was not significant (P0.05), and significantly increased the birth weight of piglets and the average number of live piglets. Average healthy litter size and healthy litter rate (P0.05), but the addition of 3% and 5% had no significant difference in piglets above the parameters (P0.05), only when the addition of 3% antimicrobial peptide significantly increased the litter size of sows (P0.05), the addition of 5% antimicrobial peptide had no significant difference in litter size (P0.05). Antimicrobial peptide significantly increased the body weight and daily gain of weaned piglets (P0.05), significantly decreased the daily feed intake and feed / meat ratio (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the body weight of weaned piglets between 3% and 5% (P0.05). The positive rate of antibody in serum of piglets was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the economic benefit of culture could be improved significantly by adding antimicrobial peptides to the diet (P0.05). These results provide a strong basis for the scientific use of antimicrobial peptides in pig production.
