【摘要】：重組酶聚合酶擴增技術(RPA)是近年來開發(fā)的核酸擴增技術,在保證靈敏、特異的同時,操作簡單、耗時短,能夠在常溫下10~20分鐘內對靶DNA進行擴增,對實驗設備、資源的要求低,適用于獸醫(yī)、食品安全、生物防御、農業(yè)等領域的快速診斷。本文介紹了該技術的原理及目前在病毒、細菌、寄生蟲等病原檢測方面的應用,展望了其現(xiàn)場檢測方面的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Recombinant enzyme polymerase amplification (RPA) is a nucleic acid amplification technique developed in recent years. It can be used to amplify target DNA in 10 ~ 20 minutes at room temperature. Suitable for rapid diagnosis in veterinary, food safety, biological defense, agriculture and other fields. In this paper, the principle of this technique and its application in virus, bacteria and parasite detection are introduced, and its application prospect in field detection is prospected.
