【摘要】：正霉菌毒素是飼料霉變所產生的有毒次級代謝產物,其在體內的蓄積會導致動物機體免疫力下降,損傷體內臟器,最終導致畜禽發(fā)病或生產性能降低~[1-2]),給養(yǎng)殖業(yè)造成巨大的經濟損失。同時,霉菌毒素殘留還可以通過食物鏈傳遞給人,對動物源食品安全和人類健康造成潛在危害~([3])。隨著現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,人們對飼料中霉菌毒素的污染日益重視,近幾年研究人員陸續(xù)對我國不同地區(qū)的畜禽飼料
[Abstract]:Normal mycotoxin is a toxic secondary metabolite produced by mildew of feed. Its accumulation in the body can lead to the decrease of immunity of the animal body and damage the organs in the body. Finally, the disease or production performance of livestock and poultry decreased ~ [1-2], which caused huge economic loss to the breeding industry. At the same time, mycotoxin residues can be transmitted to people through the food chain, causing potential harm to animal food safety and human health ([3]). With the rapid development of modern aquaculture, people pay more and more attention to the contamination of mycotoxins in feed. In recent years, researchers have been paying more and more attention to animal feed in different areas of China.
