【摘要】：作為草原地區(qū)涉及面最廣、農(nóng)牧民參與程度最高的一項生態(tài)政策,禁牧政策對農(nóng)戶的土地利用行為產(chǎn)生了重大的影響�；趨⑴c式農(nóng)戶評估法及累積Logit回歸模型等對禁牧政策作用下庫布齊沙漠的農(nóng)戶土地利用行為變化進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:(1)禁牧后農(nóng)戶的耕地和草地利用行為發(fā)生了顯著變化。耕地總面積平均增加0.83hm~2,飼草種植面積平均增加0.25hm~2,羊只數(shù)量平均減少39.44只,舍飼程度得到提高;(2)政策因子、戶主特征因子、家庭特征因子、農(nóng)戶土地利用行為意識因子是影響農(nóng)戶土地利用行為轉(zhuǎn)變的主要因素,各個因子對不同土地利用行為的影響程度不同;(3)季節(jié)休牧對農(nóng)戶耕地利用行為的影響程度較大,全年禁牧對農(nóng)戶草地利用行為的影響程度較大。結(jié)合研究結(jié)果對禁牧政策的改進(jìn)提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As an ecological policy involving the most extensive areas and the highest participation of farmers and herdsmen in the grassland area, the policy of forbidding grazing has a great impact on the land use behavior of farmers. Based on participatory farmer assessment method and cumulative Logit regression model, the changes of land use behavior of farmers in Kubuqi desert were studied. The results showed that the cultivated land and grassland utilization behavior of farmers changed significantly after forbidding grazing. The total area of cultivated land increased by 0.83hmm2, the average area of forage increased by 0.25hmm2, the number of sheep decreased by 39.44, and the degree of house feeding was improved.) the policy factor, the characteristic factor of the head of household, the characteristic factor of the family, and so on. The factors of farmers' awareness of land use behavior are the main factors that influence the change of farmers' land use behavior, and the influence degree of each factor on different land use behaviors is different. During the whole year, forbidding grazing had a great influence on the grassland utilization behavior of farmers. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions on the improvement of forbidding grazing policy are put forward.
