飼糧代謝能水平對汶上蘆花產(chǎn)蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)和蛋品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究飼糧代謝能(ME)水平對產(chǎn)蛋期汶上蘆花雞生產(chǎn)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)和蛋品質(zhì)的影響,并建立代謝能需要量析因模型,確定產(chǎn)蛋期汶上蘆花雞的飼糧代謝能需要量。試驗采用單因素完全隨機(jī)設(shè)計,選取40周齡、體重相近的健康汶上蘆花雞360只,隨機(jī)分為5個組,每組6個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)12只雞。各組分別飼喂代謝能水平為10.68、10.89、11.10、11.30和11.51MJ/kg的試驗飼糧,其他主要營養(yǎng)水平保持一致。預(yù)試期7d,試驗期35d。結(jié)果表明:1)飼糧代謝能水平對產(chǎn)蛋期汶上蘆花雞的平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日代謝能攝入量(ADMEI)、平均體重、代謝體重(BW0.75)、產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)、產(chǎn)蛋率和平均日產(chǎn)蛋量(ADEM)均有顯著影響(P0.05)。隨飼糧代謝能水平的升高,ADFI、ADMEI、產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)、產(chǎn)蛋率和ADEM呈增加趨勢,但當(dāng)代謝能水平為11.51 MJ/kg時降低。隨飼糧代謝能水平的升高,料蛋比呈降低趨勢,但當(dāng)代謝能水平為11.51 MJ/kg時增加。飼糧代謝能水平為11.51和11.30 MJ/kg時的平均體重和BW0.75顯著高于代謝能水平為11.10 MJ/kg時(P0.05)。2)隨飼糧代謝能水平的升高,產(chǎn)蛋期汶上蘆花雞的血清葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)和總膽固醇(TCHO)含量均呈增加趨勢。3)飼糧代謝能水平對產(chǎn)蛋期汶上蘆花雞的蛋白高度、蛋黃顏色、哈氏單位和蛋黃比率有顯著影響(P0.05)。低能組(代謝能水平為10.68、10.89和11.10 MJ/kg)的蛋白高度和哈氏單位顯著高于高能組(代謝能水平為11.30和11.51 MJ/kg)(P0.05)。隨飼糧代謝能水平的升高,蛋黃顏色和蛋黃比率呈增加趨勢,其中代謝能水平為11.51 MJ/kg時的蛋黃顏色和蛋黃比率顯著高于其他各代謝能水平時(P0.05)。4)以ADMEI為因變量,以平均日增重(ADG)、ADEM和BW0.75為自變量,擬合41~45周齡汶上蘆花雞飼糧代謝能需要量的析因模型為:ADMEI=0.88 ADG+10.63 ADEM+476.40 BW0.75(R2=0.982 5,P0.05)。滿足41~45周齡汶上蘆花雞最佳生產(chǎn)性能的適宜飼糧代謝能需要量為11.29 MJ/kg。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary ME) level on the performance, serum biochemical index and egg quality of Wenshang Luhua chicken in laying period, and to establish a factorial model of metabolic energy requirement to determine the dietary metabolic energy requirement of Wenshang Luhua chicken in laying period. In this experiment, 360 healthy Wenshang Luhua chickens, 40 weeks old and of similar body weight, were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each group. The experimental diets fed with metabolic energy level of 10.68 ~ 10.89 and 11.51MJ/kg were 10.68 ~ 10.89 and 11.10 ~ (10) ~ 11.30, respectively, while the other main nutritional levels remained the same. The pretest period was 7 days and the test period was 35 days. The results showed that the dietary metabolic energy level had a significant effect on ADFI, ADMEI, average body weight, metabolic weight, egg number, egg production rate and average daily egg production (ADEMM) of Wenshang Luhua hens at laying stage. ADFI I ADMEI, egg number, egg laying rate and ADEM increased with the increase of dietary metabolic energy level, but decreased when metabolic energy level was 11.51 MJ/kg. The ratio of feed to egg decreased with the increase of dietary metabolic energy level, but increased when metabolic energy level was 11.51 MJ/kg. The average body weight and BW0.75 at 11.51 and 11.30 MJ/kg dietary metabolic energy levels were significantly higher than those at 11.10 MJ/kg. The contents of serum glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TCHO) in Wenshang Luhua chickens at laying stage were all increased. 3) the dietary metabolic energy level had a significant effect on the protein height, egg yolk color, hardy unit and egg yolk ratio of Wenshang Luhua chickens at laying stage (P0.05). The protein height and Hardy unit in low energy group (10.68 mg / kg and 11.10 MJ / kg) were significantly higher than those in high energy group (11.30 and 11.51 MJ / kg P 0.05). The yolk color and yolk ratio increased with the increase of dietary metabolic energy level, and the yolk color and yolk ratio at the metabolic energy level of 11.51 MJ/kg were significantly higher than those at other metabolic energy levels (P0.05 路4). Taking ADGG Adem and BW0.75 as independent variables, the factorial model of dietary metabolic energy requirement of 41w / 45 week-old Wenshanhua chicken was fitted as follows: ADMEI 0.88 ADG 10.63 ADEM 476.40 BW0.75(R2=0.982 5G P0.05N. The optimum dietary metabolic energy requirement to meet the optimum production performance of 41U / 45 week Wenshang Luhua chicken was 11.29 MJ / KG.
