【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究不同水平無機(jī)及有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素對蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能,蛋品質(zhì),微量元素沉積及血漿抗氧化能力的影響。選取990只22周齡的京紅1號(hào)蛋雞隨機(jī)分為11組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)15只雞。1組為對照組,2~6組,7~11組飼糧中按NRC(1994)推薦需要量的25%,50%,75%,100%,125%添加不同水平的無機(jī)及有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素,Mn、Fe、Zn、Se添加水平參照蛋雞NRC(1994)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),Cu添加水平參照肉雞NRC(1994)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。試驗(yàn)期24周。結(jié)果:1.不同水平無機(jī)及有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素對蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能及蛋品質(zhì)的影響1)試驗(yàn)1~24周,25%無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素組產(chǎn)蛋率最高且在試驗(yàn)第8和第22周極顯著提高雞蛋的蛋殼強(qiáng)度(P0.01);2)試驗(yàn)17~24周,25%,50%,100%,125%有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素組顯著提高產(chǎn)蛋率(P0.05),極顯著降低料蛋比(P0.01);50%有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素組極顯著提高試驗(yàn)第8周蛋黃顏色及試驗(yàn)第24周蛋白高度和哈夫單位(P0.01);3)NRC推薦需要量的25%添加水平下,試驗(yàn)9~16周,有機(jī)組產(chǎn)蛋率顯著高于無機(jī)組(P0.05);試驗(yàn)第20周,有機(jī)組蛋白高度及哈夫單位極顯著高于無機(jī)組(P0.01);NRC推薦需要量的50%添加水平下,試驗(yàn)第22,24周,有機(jī)組蛋白高度極顯著高于無機(jī)組(P0.01),哈夫單位顯著高于無機(jī)組(P0.05);試驗(yàn)第24周,有機(jī)組蛋白高度及哈夫單位顯著高于無機(jī)組(P0.05)。2.不同水平無機(jī)及有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素對蛋黃及糞便中微量元素含量的影響1)125%無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素顯著提高蛋黃中Mn,Cu,Zn的含量(P0.05);75%,100%,125%無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素極顯著增加雞糞中Mn,Cu,Zn,Se的含量(P0.01);2)試驗(yàn)第12周,50%有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素顯著增加蛋黃中Cu,Zn,Se的含量(P0.05);75%,100%,125%有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素極顯著增加雞糞中Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn的含量(P0.01);3)與無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素相比,有機(jī)組顯著增加蛋黃中Fe,Cu的含量(P0.05);NRC推薦需要量的75%,125%水平下,無機(jī)組雞糞中Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn的含量顯著高于有機(jī)組(P0.05)。3.不同水平無機(jī)及有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素對血漿抗氧化能力的影響1)75%,100%,125%無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素極顯著提高血漿T-SOD和GSH-Px活性(P0.01),極顯著降低試驗(yàn)第16周血漿MDA含量(P0.01),125%無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素極顯著提高血漿T-AOC(P0.01);2)添加25%~125%有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素極顯著提高血漿T-AOC,T-SOD及GSH-Px活性(P0.01),添加50%~125%有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素極顯著降低血漿MDA含量(P0.01);3)NRC推薦需要量的75%水平下,有機(jī)組血漿T-AOC,T-SOD及GSH-Px活性,NRC推薦需要量的125%水平下,有機(jī)組血漿T-SOD及GSH-Px活性均顯著高于無機(jī)組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)表明,產(chǎn)蛋期蛋雞飼糧中無機(jī)及有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素分別以NRC推薦需要量的25%和50%添加效果最佳,能夠保證蛋黃中微量元素含量不減少的同時(shí)避免雞糞中微量元素的排泄過量,無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素以75%以上,有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素以25%,50%添加利于提高血漿的抗氧化能力。在25%和50%水平下有機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素在產(chǎn)蛋率,蛋白高度和哈夫單位方面優(yōu)于無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素;有機(jī)組能夠增加蛋黃中Fe與Cu的含量,在75%,125%添加水平下降低雞糞中微量元素的排泄,且對蛋雞的抗氧化能力優(yōu)于無機(jī)復(fù)合微量元素。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different inorganic and organic compound trace elements on the production performance, egg quality, microelement deposition and plasma antioxidant capacity of layers. 990 22 weeks old Jinghong 1 laying hens were randomly divided into 11 groups, each of which was 6 repeated, and each repeated 15 chicken.1 group was the control group, the 2~6 group and the 7~11 group were treated with NRC (1994). 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 125% added different levels of inorganic and organic compound trace elements, Mn, Fe, Zn, and Se were added to the NRC (1994) standard of laying hens.
